Premium Economy Class and Economy Class passengers may redeem mileage for In-flight Internet Services 2 hours before the flight departure through the China Southern Airlines APP . The reservation process is consistent with the booking process of member’s Internet access package for designated use, and the system won’ t deduct passenger’ s mileages. The rights and interests are only allowed to be claimed by the members themselves but not by assignees. |

3.Priority on product use: If the passengers book various inflight Wi-Fi service products at the same time, the priority of product deduction from high to low is shown as follow: Exclusive Monthly Card (for both domestic and international flights) - Member’s Exclusive Internet Access Package - Exclusive Monthly card (for domestic flights) - Member’s Internet Access Package for Designated Use. For example: If the passengers redeem for the exclusive monthly card (for both domestic and international flights) and member’s exclusive Internet access package at the same time, it will be defaulted by system that the passengers are using the exclusive monthly card (for both domestic and international flights) on the internet navigation.
4.Passengers who have purchased the class upgrade product and are upgraded to First Class and Business Class are not entitled to the In-flight Internet Services. For redemption, please refer to the redemption rules applicable to Pearl Economy Class and Economy Class passengers.

Terms and Conditions
1.Inflight Wi-Fi product is non-endorsable. If you are voluntarily or involuntarily transferred to a flight of the airlines other than China Southern, inflight Wi-Fi product is not available on such a flight.After the ticket corresponding to inflight Wi-Fi product is changed or refunded, the product is open for mileage refund from 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure to 30 days after the landing of the flight(except for the exclusive monthly card and exclusive rights and interests of new members). If a mileage refund request is not submitted before the scheduled flight departure, China Southern Airlines will automatically refund the mileage after the landing of the flight.After the ticket is changed, the inflight Wi-Fi product will not be applicable to the changed ticket. If you need inflight Wi-Fi service on the new flight, you shall rebook.
2. During taxi, takeoff and landing, please turn off and stow your electronic devices. The Wi-Fi service will be available when the flight altitude is over 10,000 feet (3,000 meters), and will be disabled automatically once below this altitude.

4.In order to ensure a fair use experience of every passenger, China Southern Airlines has set a threshold limit for the product. If the traffic exceeds the threshold, passengers are required to re-login for authentication and the network speed afterwards will be limited,and the connection service to high-traffic websites and applications, such as software download, online video, online game, Apple and Android system update, and cloud storage are unavailable.
5.The inflight Wi-Fi maybe out of service due to some unpredictable circumstances, including but not limited to aircraft adjustment, airplane tail number changing,equipment maintenance, system upgrading, and device/browser compatibility, which is subject to the actual conditions of flights. Upon flight arrival, China Southern Airlines will check the traffic usage by passengers and automatically initiate mileage refunds(except for the exclusive monthly card and exclusive rights and interests of new members) to those who have not used the inflight Wi-Fi product(traffic usage does not exceed the threshold of 1MB on an involuntary and voluntary basis).
6. There can be several satellite beam switches on international routes, during which the internet access may be disconnected for 5-10 minutes (The system will automatically reconnect to the internet). Sorry for the inconvenience. China Southern Airlines is not responsible for any data loss or damage during the usage of internet service.
7.Under certain extreme circumstances, the inflight Wi-Fi service may affect air safety. To ensure flight and communication safety, please follow the arrangements of flight attendants and we reserve the right to suspend the service.
