Sky Pearl Club will initially set a password for each member. Members are strongly advised to change the initial password upon registration. Your password is important in the identification of your membership miles account and ensures greater security and confidentiality of your miles account, therefore please keep it confidential and change it frequently. Members should never reveal his/her password to any unauthorized party. The Sky Pearl Club accepts all miles transactions with the correct password and holds no liability for any loss of miles if members reveal their password to any unauthorized party or if anyone uses their password without approval.
2.If I forget my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, please visit skypearl.csair.com and click the link of "Forget Password" under login box to reset your password; or call the sales service hotline of China Southern Airlines – 95539 to reset your password.
3.If I lose my membership card, how could I apply for a new one?
You could call the sales service hotline of China Southern Airlines (Mainland: 95539 or International: +86-20-86682000) to apply for a new one, or request the call center operator to send your membership card number to your mobile phone. As long as you inform the check-in counter of your membership card number when you order seats and tickets and check in at the airport, you can earn your miles.
4.If I have two membership card numbers, can I apply for a merger?
If you have two or more different miles accounts, you could call the sales service hotline of China Southern Airlines (domestic: 95539 or international: +86-20-86682000) to apply for a merger and have all of your flight miles merged into one designated membership card number for better management and use of your miles.
If you have a Gold card / Silver card and a Base card, it is suggested you merge all of your flight miles into the Gold card / Silver card to continue to enjoy the miles and service benefits of the elite membership card.
5.How could I change my personal information?
Log in skypearl.csair.com and get access to your personal miles account with your membership card number and password, and change online; or call the sales service hotline of China Southern Airlines (Mainland: 95539 or International: +86-20-86682000) to change your personal information.
6.What if my name is wrongly spelled?
As names are important personal information, where alteration is necessary, please call the sales service hotline of China Southern Airlines (Mainland: 95539 or International: +86-20-86682000) and, as instructed by the staff member, fax your required personal documents to the Sky Pearl Club for the alteration.
7.Can I select the language of the letters and emails I receive?
You can select your contact language (Chinese / English) when you fill in the application form or log in skypearl.csair.com to get access to your personal miles account with your membership card number and password. If you use the latter, you can do so in the "Contact Language" bar.
8.Can I request to regularly receive my miles statements?
When the miles in your account changes, such as the earnings or redemption of miles, we will send a short notification message (applicable only to subscribers of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom) to your mobile phone. Therefore, timely update of your mobile phone number is highly recommended.
If your miles changes fewer than three times in two months, we will bimonthly send your miles statements to your mobile phone. However, if your miles changes three times or more in two months, we will bimonthly post your miles statement to you, so please ensure your mailing address is the latest.
9.How could I inquire about my miles?
Log in skypearl.csair.com and gain access to your personal miles account with your membership card number and password to inquire about the earnings and redemption of your miles. In addition, you can send a short message containing the words "miles" and "Membership card number/ID number" to 95539 for your miles information.
10.Can I share my member account of the Sky Pearl Club with my family?
Member accounts of the Sky Pearl Club are reserved for its members only, but you can redeem your miles for free award tickets and award upgrades for your family members or friends.
11.Which online services can members of the Sky Pearl Club enjoy?
You can log in skypearl.csair.com to apply for membership of the Sky Pearl Club online, inquire about the earnings and redemption of miles in your account, update your personal information and view the latest information and promotions of the Sky Pearl Club.
12.How are the miles of tickets ordered through 114 managed?
The miles management rules are the same as those on the official website of China Southern Airlines: www.csair.com.
13.What benefits can I get from ID Authentication?
After going through ID authentication, you can select the following service items on skypearl.csair.com: redeem miless for award ticket (for others), redeem miless for other (non-aviation) rewards, manage redemption assignees, customize services, and add / modify ID number.
14.How to transact identity verification?
For identity verification of yourself, please
carry original and copies of your valid identity certificates and the SkyPearl
Club membership card, and provide your mobile phone number (China Mobile, China
Unicom or China Telecom) used in China or email as security contact means to
receive password. If you entrust someone to transact the identity
authentication for you, provide the original and copies of the entrusted agent
should also be provided along with the certificates required above.
