General Conditions for Use of Fares for Individual Passengers of Domestic Carriage of China Southern Airlines ("CSN")

I. General Rules

(I)Sales unit shall strictly comply with the principle that the price shall correspond to the booking cabin, and shall not sell higher cabin at a lower price.

(II) Round-trip/connecting flight ticket is a combination of corresponding booking cabin fare of each segment, and the conditions of use for each segment are executed in accordance with the relevant provisions of corresponding booking cabins.

(III) For the individual passengers compliant with these conditions, these conditions shall prevail. Those not provided herein shall be governed by the new version of General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage of China Southern Airlines.

(IV) When selling tickets of each cabin, the sales unit must explain relevant conditions of use to the passengers in advance to avoid complaint.

(V)These General Conditions apply to the cabins for CSN’s domestic individual passengers, other uses of which shall be executed pursuant to other documents, and other cabins not otherwise stipulated shall be executed as separately provided in specific tariff documents.

II. Scope of Application

Apply to the domestic routes carried by CSN, or by other airlines bearing the flight number of CSN (namely, CSN codeshare flights), and with the valid CSN domestic carriage documents issued (including BSP tickets confirmed with “784”), and CSN’s domestic route carriage which CSN has signed a reciprocal agreement for, and has the tickets from other airlines issued; expect for “Trip via CSN-China Pass”.

III. Period of Validity

(I) Unless otherwise provided, a ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date when the passenger starts the first trip; if the ticket is totally unused, it is valid for carriage for one year from the date of issuance thereof; if the ticket is an open ticket, it is valid from the date of issuance thereof.

(II) The validity of a ticket is counted from the midnight on the date of commencement of first segment or issuance of the ticket, till the midnight on the date of expiration.

IV. Early Reservation and Issuance

(I) Reservation must be made in accordance with the cabin as specified by the fares.

(II) The deadline of ticket issuance is subject to the note in the reservation system.

(III) A ticket shall be issued corresponding to the cabin. Correctly fill in the boxes of fare basis, fare and endorsement on the ticket; for special tickets, the endorsement box shall be marked with “no endorsement allowed/change and refund are charged”, or in accordance with the provisions of related product.

(IV) The face value shall be filled in based on the actual payment amount by the passenger and denominated in RMB 10 with the single digit rounded off, and the specific price is subject to the fare released in the reservation system.

(V) Issuance of open ticket

1. With respect to tickets for F/J/W/Y cabins and normal tickets for children/infants/revolutionary disabled servicemen and former police officers disabled on duty, the open tickets are allowed for the whole journey.

2. The open tickets are not allowed to be issued for other cabins.

(VI) Order of use of flight coupon

A ticket shall be used in the sequential order of the segments purchased, and no reversal is allowed. If the conditions of use of tariffs contain the special provisions for order of use, a ticket must be used in the order of segments indicated on the ticket, and no skipping or reversal is allowed; and the first segment of voyage must be used first; if no such special provisions are contained in conditions of use of tariffs, then the first segment is not required to be used first and the ticket is not required to be used in order of segments (namely, skipping, but no reversal, is allowed), and the unused segment may be refunded at the option of passenger.
If the ticket coupon contains the tickets for T/N/G cabins and is a product cabin ticket, the specific provisions for product cabin shall be observed.

V. Charge of Individual Passengers and Refund Fees

Change: refers to the change of flight, date, cabin, voyage and carrier.

Change fee: refers to, according to the conditions of use of cabin fares, the charge for passenger’s voluntary request of changing their original flight reservation by CSN, including flights, date, etc.

Fare difference: refers to the difference in tariffs resulting from the passenger’ voluntary request of changing the lower fare to higher fare.

Both the rates of change and refund fees are calculated based on the time of cancellation of seat.

Change fee, refund fee and difference in cabin fares shall be calculated based on the face value of a ticket.

(I) Voluntary change

1. Change of flight/date of tickets for F/J cabins and children calculated as per F/J cabin fare:
Change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight is exempt from change fee.
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of face value of the ticket each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of face value each time;
For infant ticket and special ticket for revolutionary disabled servicemen and former police officers disabled on duty calculated as per F/J cabin fare, change of flight/date is exempt from change fee.

2. Change of flight/date of tickets for C cabin with corresponding fare basis of C and C*:
In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of face value of the ticket each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 15% of face value each time;

3. Change of flight/date of tickets for D/I cabins with corresponding fare basis of D*/I*:
In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of face value of the ticket each time;
In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 15% of face value of the ticket each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of face value each time;

4. Change of flight/date of tickets for W/Y cabins and children calculated as per W/Y cabin fare:
Change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight is exempt from change fee.
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of face value each time.
For infant ticket and special ticket for revolutionary disabled servicemen and former police officers disabled on duty calculated as per W/Y cabin fare, change of flight/date is exempt from change fee.

5. Change of flight/date of tickets for B/M/H cabins and S cabin with corresponding fare basis of S1*:
In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of face value each time;

6. Change of flight/date of tickets for U/A/L cabins and S cabin with corresponding fare basis of S2*:
In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 40% of face value each time;

7. Change of flight/date of tickets for E/V/Z/T/N/R cabin and S cabin with corresponding fare basis of S3*:
In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 50% of face value each time;
In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a change fee is charged equal to 70% of face value each time;

8. When P/K/Q/G/T/N/X are used to the product tickets other than the above economic class one-way tariffs, execute as per the conditions of use in specific documents.

(II) Other provisions for voluntary change

1. If no fare difference occurs after change, then the change fee shall be charged as provided; in case of the fare difference after change, the following provisions shall apply:
a. Change between cabins: change from high fare to low fare shall be handled as voluntary refund; for change from low fare to high fare, a change fee and fare difference shall be charged; only a change fee shall be charged for change without change of fare.
b. For change within same sub-cabin, a change fee and fare difference shall be charged, and if new fare is lower than original fare, the fare difference will not be refunded (new ticket filled with original fare), and only a change fee will be charged, or the change will be handled as voluntary refund.
c. The fare is required to be recalculated for each change, and in case of no fare for the required cabin, even though the cabin is open, a change will not be accepted, or will be handled as voluntary refund.
d. If only the cabin is changed, rather than the flight and date, then only the fare difference shall be charged.
e. If the changed booking cabin needs to be re-changed, the change fee shall be charged pursuant to the conditions of use of the changed booking cabin.

2. The voluntary change of one-way, round-trip, open-jaw, connection tickets of individual passengers can only be handled by ticket offices directly under CSN, CSN call center and authorized agents of CSN. If the sales unit needs to charge relevant fees using Refund, Change Fee Note for Domestic Passenger Transport, it shall specify the ticket number, cabin of original ticket and the change description of reservation on the Note, and accurately distinguish and fill the change fee and fare difference which can not be confused.

3. Change of voyage and passenger: handled as voluntary refund with ticket re-purchased.

4. In case of the connection ticket issued by the combination of cabins of different fares released for individual passengers, special fare cabin for individual passengers or product cabin (for one way or round trip, the fare shall be calculated as per the prorated tariffs in proportion to entire voyage), the change of ticket shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions for each cabin, but the endorsement box shall be labeled pursuant to the stricter provisions for change of cabin.

5. In case of change requested when a ticket with round trip tariffs released is totally or partially unused, the change fee shall be calculated as per the prorated fare of segment.

(III) Voluntary refund

1. Refund of flight/date of tickets for F/J cabins and children calculated as per F/J cabin fare:
In case of refund made before 4 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 5% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of face value each time;
For infant ticket and special ticket for revolutionary disabled servicemen and former police officers disabled on duty calculated as per F/J cabin fare, the refund is exempt from refund fee.

2. Refund of flight/date of tickets for C cabin with corresponding fare basis of C and C*:
In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 5% of face value;
In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 20% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 25% of face value each time;

3. Refund of flight/date of tickets for D/I cabins with corresponding fare basis of D*/I*:
In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 5% of face value;
In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 15% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 25% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 30% of face value each time;

4. Refund of flight/date of tickets for W/Y cabins and children calculated as per W/Y cabin fare:
In case of refund made before 48 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 5% of face value;
In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 20% of face value each time;
For infant ticket and special ticket for revolutionary disabled servicemen and former police officers disabled on duty calculated as per W/Y cabin fare, the refund is exempt from refund fee.

5. Refund of flight/date of tickets for B/M/H cabins and S cabin with corresponding fare basis of S1*:
In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of face value;
In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 15% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 30% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of face value each time;

6. Refund of flight/date of tickets for U/A/L cabins and S cabin with corresponding fare basis of S2*:
In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of face value;
In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 25% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 50% of face value each time;

7. Refund of flight/date of tickets for E/V/Z/T/N/R cabins and S cabin with corresponding fare basis of S3*:
In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 20% of face value;
In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 70% of face value of the ticket;
In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of flight, a refund fee is charged equal to 90% of face value each time;

8. When P/K/Q/G/T/N/X are used to the product tickets other than the above economic class one-way tariffs, execute as per the conditions of use in specific documents.

(IV) Other provisions for voluntary refund:

1. In case of refund after change of a ticket, the change fee charged will not be refunded; in case of refund after the change of ticket booking cabin, then the fare difference shall be handled in accordance with the standard of refund service fee of new booking cabin, and other circumstances shall be handled in accordance with the standard of refund service fee of original booking cabin before changed, and the refund fee will be charged in aggregate, and a rate will be chosen accordingly based on the time of seat cancellation of new booking cabin.

2. A passenger shall make a request for refund within thirteen months from the date of commencement of travel (for ticket totally unused, from the date of issuance), and if overdue, the request will not be handled. If a ticket is overdue, the fare, airport construction fee and fuel surcharge will not be refunded.

3. In case of the connection ticket issued by the combination of cabins of different tariffs released, special tariff cabin or product cabin (for one way or round trip, the fare shall be calculated as per the prorated tariffs in proportion to entire voyage), the refund of ticket shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions for each cabin, but the endorsement box shall be labeled pursuant to the stricter provisions for change of cabin.

4. In case of refund requested after a portion of a ticket with round trip tariffs released is used, after deducting the prorated fare of used segment, the balance shall be handled pursuant to the provisions of corresponding cabin; for the product cabin, specific provisions shall be observed.

(V) The loss of ticket shall be handled in accordance with the new versions of CSN’s General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and Provisions for Ticket Usage and Management of Domestic Passenger Transport.

VI. Voluntary Endorsement of Ticket

(I) The endorsement of ticket shall be executed in accordance with related endorsement agreement.

(II) For tickets of F/J/W/Y physical cabins (including those with direct reduction discount), the endorsement shall be made after making up the difference.

(III) The voluntary endorsement is allowed for special tickets for infants, children, revolutionary disabled servicemen and former police officers disabled on duty calculated as per F/J/W/Y cabin fare.

(IV) If the fare applicable to the carrier after endorsement is higher than that of CSN, the endorsement shall be made after making up the difference; if the applicable carrier fare is lower than that of CSN, the endorsement is allowed without the difference refunded, or will be handled as voluntary refund.

(V) While making an endorsement of ticket, a change fee shall be charged in accordance with these General Conditions. If a voluntary endorsement is requested for a ticket which no voluntary endorsement is allowed for but is refundable, the endorsement shall be handled as voluntary refund.

VII. Discounts provided for Children and Infants

(I) A child ticket shall be bought for a child at an amount equal to 50% of full fare of F/J/W/Y cabin, and an infant ticket is 10% of full fare of F/J/W/Y cabin, but these two discounts can not be enjoyed at the same time; other circumstances shall be executed in accordance with the new version of CSN’s General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and related provisions.

(II) When a child or infant ticket is sold for the cabins other than F/J/W/Y cabin, for which the tariff applicable to an adult is selected, the equivalent application conditions for adult of such tariff shall apply; when the normal tariff for a child and infant is selected (namely, 50% and 10% discounted price), the conditions of use corresponding to the original booking cabin (RJ/W/Y cabin) of such tariff shall apply.

(III) For a child and infant ticket, the airport construction fee and fuel charge shall be executed pursuant to the standard for children and infants.

(IV) Except for the existing provisions for child ticket, at most two children under age of twelve can be carried to take the same cabin by each adult passenger aged 18 years old and above and having completely civil capacity, and for other children exceeding specified number (including those purchasing tickets at adult fare) , the provisions for unaccompanied minor shall apply.

(V) The unaccompanied minor shall be handled in accordance with the relevant operating provisions in CSN’s new version of Manual of Selling Business of Domestic Passenger Transport.

VIII Non-voluntary change/refund/endorsement

Shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of CSN’s General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage in force.

IX. Effective Date

These Conditions of Use apply to tickets sold from March 24, 2019 (inclusive), while the original General Conditions shall be applied to tickets sold before this date.

CSN reserves the right to finally interpret these provisions.

Learn more about the General Conditions
I. General provisions

(I)The units selling the tickets shall strictly follow the principle that air fares must correspond to booked classes and shall not sell high classes at low prices.

(II)The air fare for a round trip or connecting flights consists of the air fares for corresponding classes in all segments of the journey, and the service conditions of each segment shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations corresponding to the booked class.

(III)For individual passengers in conformity with these conditions, these conditions shall apply as much as possible. For those who are not covered by these conditions, the new edition of General Conditions for Domestic Transportation of Passengers and Baggage of China Southern Airlines shall apply.

(IV)When sale units are selling the tickets of different classes, they must explain the service conditions to the passengers to avoid complaints.

(V)These general provisions apply to independent domestic cabins of China Southern Airlines. Other uses of the cabins shall be implemented in accordance with other provisions. For cabins not covered here, specific tariff provisions shall prevail.

II. Scope of application

The rules shall apply to the transportation on domestic air routes that are actually operated by CSAir or by CSAir’s code-sharing airlines, with the tickets issued through valid domestic transport documents (including the BSP passenger tickets confirmed by using “784”) of CSAir; also, these rules shall apply to the transportation on CSAir domestic air routes with the passenger tickets issued by other airlines which have entered into relevant agreement with CSAir (excluding “CSAir Tour–China Pass”).

III. Ticket validity:

(I)Unless otherwise prescribed, passenger tickets shall be valid for carriage within one year from the day the first segment starts. If a ticket is not used at all, then it will be valid for carriage within one year from the day of ticket issuing. An open ticket shall be valid for carriage within one year from the day of ticket issuing.

(II)The ticket validity shall calculated from the start of the first segment or 00:00 on the next day after the day of ticket issuing to 00:00 on the next day after the day the validity expires.

IV: Regulations on early booking and ticket issuing

(I)The tickets must be booked based on the classes corresponding to air fares.

(II)The time limit for ticket issuing shall be subject to the ticket booking system.

(III)Passenger tickets must be issued based on corresponding classes. The contents required for the columns of “Fare Level” “Fare” and “Note” must be filled accurately; for discounted tickets, the column of “Note” must show “non-transferrable / extra charge for change and refund” or must be completed according to regulations for relevant products.

(IV)The face value shall be the amount that passengers have actually paid. CNY10 shall be taken as the payment unit with single digit rounded. The prices published in the ticket booking system shall prevail.

(V)Issuing of open tickets

1. F/J/W/Y tickets and tickets for infants (INF) / children (CHD) / disabled revolutionary servicemen (YDHOM) / people’s policeman who are disabled while on duty (YDFPP) can be open tickets on all segments;

2. Open tickets are not allowed for other classes.

(VI)The flight coupons of passenger tickets must be used in the correct order. Otherwise passengers will get refund in the light of ticket returning regulations for the booked classes corresponding to the flight coupons.

V. Regulations on charges for ticket change and refund for individual travelers Changes: They shall include changes in flight, date, class, segment and carrier.

Changes: They shall include changes in flight, date, class, segment and carrier.

Charges for changes: Base on the service conditions for specific fares, CSAir will charge passengers for their voluntary changes in the original flight schedule, including changes in flight, date, etc.

Difference in fares: The difference in fares occurs when passengers voluntarily request a change from lower class to higher class or from lower fare to higher fare.

The rates for change and cancellation at the time of ticket returning shall prevail.

The charges for change/cancellation and difference in fares shall be calculated according to the ticket’s face value.

(I) Voluntary change:

1. Changes in flight/date for F/J tickets and children’s tickets treated as F/J tickets: there will be no charge for changes occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 5% of the ticket face value for each change occurring less than 2 hours before the expected departure time; for tickets of infants, disabled revolutionary servicemen and people’s police disable on duty that are treated as F/J tickets, there will be no charge for changes in the flight/date.

2. Changes in flight/date for C tickets corresponding to fare levels C and C*: there will be a charge that is 5% of the ticket face value for each change occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 10% of the ticket face value for each change occurring less than 2 hours before the expected departure time.

3. Changes in flight/date for D/I tickets corresponding to fare levels D*/I*: there will be a charge that is 10% of the ticket face value for each change occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 20% of the ticket face value for each change occurring less than 2 hours before the expected departure time.

4. Changes in flight/date for W/Y tickets and children’s tickets treated as W/Y tickets: there will be no charge for any change occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 5% of the ticket face value for each change within 2 hours (exclusive) before the expected departure time; for tickets of infants, disabled revolutionary servicemen and people’s police disabled on duty that are treated as W/Y tickets, there will be no charge for changes in the flight/date.

5. Changes to flight/date for passengers with B/M/H cabin tickets and S cabin tickets corresponding to the fare level S1*: Each change made more than 2 hours (inclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a change fee of 10% of the ticket face value; each change made less than 2 hours (exclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a change fee of 20% of the ticket face value.

6. Changes to flight/date for passengers with U/A/L cabin tickets and S cabin tickets corresponding to the fare level S2*: Each change made more than 2 hours (inclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a change fee of 20% of the ticket face value; each change made less than 2 hours (exclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a change fee of 30% of the ticket face value.

7. Changes to flight/date for passengers with E/V/Z/T/N/R cabin tickets and S cabin tickets corresponding to the fare level S3*: Each change made more than 2 hours (inclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a change fee of 30% of the ticket face value; each change made less than 2 hours (exclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a change fee of 50% of the ticket face value.

8. Changes to flight/date for passengers with G/X cabin tickets: Not allowed.

9. When P/K/Q/T/N apply to other tickets in addition to the economy class one-way fares above, the specific terms of use shall prevail.

10. If the change does not result in any difference in fare, the charge of change shall be collected as prescribed; if the change results in difference in fare, the following prescriptions shall apply:

a. In regard to changes to different cabins, those made from a higher fare to lower fare will be processed as a voluntary refund; changes made from a lower fare to a higher fare shall be subject to pay a change fee and the fare difference; similar-priced fares are subject only to a change fee.

b. Changes to a similar cabin shall be subject to pay a change fee and the fare difference. If the new fare is cheaper that the original fare, the difference shall not be refunded (the original fare is filled in on the new ticket), and the passenger shall be subject only to a change fee or it shall be processed as a voluntary refund.

c. Fares must be recalculated each time a change is made. If no fare is available for the required cabin, a change cannot be accepted or the ticket cannot be processed as a voluntary refund even if the cabin is available.

d. If no change is made to the flight and date and only the cabin is changed, only the fare difference shall be made up.

e. If the changed class needs to be re-changed, the charge for change shall be collected in accordance with the service conditions for the changed class.

f. Voluntary changes in individual tickets for single trips, round trips, gap trips and connecting flights must be handled by ticket offices directly subordinate to CSAir, CSAir Call Center and CSAir-authorized agencies. If the selling units need to use the Pay Demand Note for Domestic Passenger Transport Ticket Refund and Chang to collect relevant charges, then the changes of ticket number, class and seat booking situation must be indicated on the Note. The charges for change and fare difference must be distinguished correctly and shall not be confused with each other.

11. Change in segment: It will be treated as voluntary refund.

12. If the tickets of connecting flights involve different priced cabins, special fare cabins or product class (for one-way or round-trip journeys, the fare is calculated at a rate proportional to the whole journey), ticket changes shall be processed in accordance with the corresponding regulations for each cabin, but the "Endorsement" column shall still be filled in accordance with the stricter cabin change regulations.

13. If the round-trip tickets of published fares that have not been used at all or have been partially used need to be changed, a change fee shall be calculated according to a proportional fare for the flight segment.

(II) Voluntary refund:

1. Refund for F/J tickets and children’s tickets treated as F/J tickets: there will be a charge that is 5% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 10% of the ticket face value for each change occurring less than 2 hours before the expected departure time; for tickets of infants, disabled revolutionary servicemen and people’s police disable on duty that are treated as F/J tickets, there will be no charge for refunds.

2. Refunds for C tickets corresponding to fare levels C and C*: there will be a charge that is 10% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 20% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring less than 2 hours before the expected departure time.

3. Refunds for D/I tickets corresponding to fare levels D*/I*: there will be a charge that is 20% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 30% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring less than 2 hours before the expected departure time.

4. Refunds for W/Y tickets and children’s tickets treated as W/Y tickets: there will be a charge that is 5% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring more than 2 hours (inclusive) before the expected departure time; there will be a charge that is 15% of the ticket face value for each refund occurring within 2 hours before the expected departure time; for tickets of infants, disabled revolutionary servicemen and people’s police disabled on duty that are treated as W/Y tickets, there will be no charge for refunds;

5. Refunds for passengers with B/M/H cabin tickets and S cabin tickets corresponding to the fare level S1*: Each refund made more 2 hours (inclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a refund fee of 20% of the ticket face value; each refund made less than 2 hours (exclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a refund fee of 30% of the ticket face value.

6. Refunds for passengers with U/A/L cabin tickets and S cabin tickets corresponding to the fare level S2*: Each refund made more than 2 hours (inclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a refund fee of 30% of the ticket face value; each refund made less than 2 hours (exclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a refund fee of 50% of the ticket face value.

7. Refunds for passengers with E/V/Z/T/N/R cabin tickets and S cabin tickets corresponding to the fare level S3*: Each refund made more than 2 hours (inclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject to a refund fee of 50% of the ticket face value; each refund made less than 2 hours (exclusive) prior to the expected departure time is subject only to a refund of taxes and fees.

8. Refunds for passengers with G/X cabin tickets: Only taxes and fees are refunded.

9. When P/K/Q/T/N apply to other tickets in addition to the economy class one-way fares above, the specific terms of use shall prevail.

10. If a passenger has got a refund for a changed ticket, then the collected charges for change will be non-refundable; if a passenger has got a refund for a ticket after the class has been changed, the fare difference part will be handled in accordance with the refund charge standard for the changed classes, while the other part will be handled in accordance with the refund charge standard for the originally booked classes. The refund charges combining the above two parts will be collected and the corresponding charge rate shall depend on the time when the new seat is cancelled.

11. If passengers apply for a refund, the application shall be submitted within 13 months from the day of departure (If the tickets are not used at all, then from the day of ticket issuing) at the latest. Otherwise the application will not be accepted.  If the tickets are overdue, then the fares, airport construction fees and bunker adjustment surcharges will be non-refundable.

12. If the tickets of connecting flights involve different priced cabins, special fare cabins or product class (for one-way or round-trip journeys, the fare is calculated at a rate proportional to the whole journey), refunds shall be processed in accordance with the corresponding regulations for each cabin, but the "Endorsement" column shall still be filled in accordance with the stricter refund regulations.

13. For refunds required after the round-trip ticket of a published fare is partially used, a fare proportional to the used flight segment shall be deducted, and the remaining amount shall be processed in accordance with the corresponding cabin regulations. For product class tickets, specific regulations shall prevail.

(III) For the handling of lost tickets, the new version of General Conditions of Domestic Transportation of Passengers and Baggage and Regulations on Domestic Passenger Transport Ticket Using and Managing of China Southern Airlines shall be followed.

VI. Regulations on transfer of passenger tickets

(I)The ticket transfer shall be handled in accordance with relevant agreements on transfer;

(II)Changes to F/J/W/Y cabin tickets (including concession tickets) are made after the fare difference has been covered.

(III)The passengers holding concession tickets (treated as F/A/J/W/Y tickets) for infants, disabled service men and people’s police disabled on duty can apply for voluntary transfers.

(IV)If the applicable fares of the carriers are higher than that of CSAir after transfer, then the passengers need to make up the difference before transfers; if the applicable fares of the carriers are lower than that of CSAir after transfer, a transfer is allowed, but the passengers will not get a refund for the price difference or it will be treated as voluntary refund.

(V)For a ticket transfer, a charge of change shall also be collected in accordance with these general provisions.

(VI)If a passenger applies for a voluntary transfer for any other tickets that do not allow voluntary transfers, it shall be treated as a voluntary refund.

VII. Regulations on discounts for children and infant tickets

(I)The fares for child tickets shall be 50% of the full adult fares for F/J/W/Y tickets, while the fares for infant tickets shall be 10% of the full adult fares for F/J/W/Y tickets. For each child or infant, only one type of discount shall apply. For conditions not covered, relevant provisions in the new edition of General Conditions for Domestic Transportation of Passengers and Baggage of CSAir shall apply.

(II)For classes other than F/J/W/Y, if child or infant tickets are used, and applicable adult fares are chosen, then the same service conditions for adults shall apply; if normal child or infant fares (i.e. 50% and 10% of adult fares) are chosen, the service conditions for the originally booked classes (F/J/W/Y) corresponding to the fares shall apply.

(III)For child and infant tickets, the airport construction fees and bunker adjustment surcharges for children and infants shall apply.

(IV)In addition to the existing ticket purchase rules for children, each adult passenger over 18 years of age and with capacity of civil conduct is allowed to take at most 2 children under 12 years of age. If an adult takes three or more children, the provisions on unaccompanied children shall apply starting the third child (including those holding tickets of adult fares).

(V)For unaccompanied children, relevant operating provisions in the Domestic Passenger Transport Sales Operations Manual of China Southern Airlines shall be followed.

VIII: Involuntary changes/refund/transfer:

these shall be treated in accordance with relevant provisions in the General Conditions of Domestic Transportation of Passengers and Baggage of China Southern Airlines.

IX: Effective date

These terms of use are applicable to tickets sold from July 7, 2017. Prior to this date, the regulations for the sale of tickets shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant rules under the original general provisions.

China Southern Airlines has the right of final explanation for these rules.


(Ⅲ)Rules for domestic passenger ticket refund due to illness

1. Time

A passenger asking for ticket refund due to illness shall cancel his seat before taking off otherwise it shall be taken as a voluntary refund.

2. Location

(1) China Southern Airlines ticketing offices and sales agents

(2) China Southern Airlines official ticketing website:

In cities without any China Southern Airlines ticketing office, it shall be conducted at China Southern Airlines immediate ticketing office. The passenger shall follow the procedures with relevant materials.

In cities without any China Southern Airlines ticketing office, the passenger can call China Southern Airlines Customer Service Center (95539) before taking off and mail the original materials listed in Requirement (1) and the original Aviation E-ticket Itinerary in accordance with the customer service guidelines. Relevant materials shall be mailed to the Customer Service Center within one month after taking off which shall be confirmed with postmarks of issuing and receiving post offices.

3. Requirements

(1) The medical certificate passengers are required to submit:

The passenger should provide originals and photocopies of their ID cards along with genuine and effective diagnosis certificates (including original medical certificates, booking forms and medical records) issued by county level and above medical institutions certifying unsuitability of flight during the flight period specified on the tickets. (passengers unable to provide the booking forms may provide such other medical records as charge certificates of the hospitals or payment receipts or screenshots of online registration as substitutes). Diseased travellers who cannot provide the materials above should be treated as being voluntary to accept ticket refunds.

(2) In case the passenger’s company shall complete the same procedure if he asks for ticket refund. Each passenger shall have at most 2 companies. The company’s itinerary shall be exactly the same as the passenger’s. In case their ticketing offices are different, it is necessary to complete their procedures at China Southern Airlines immediate ticketing office.

(3) Companions of sick passengers who request a refund must request this together with the sick passengers and meet the requirements of seat cancellation prior to departure. Each sick passenger can have up to 2 companions. The flight of the companions and the sick passengers must be exactly the same. If the tickets of the companion and sick passenger were purchased in different places, they must request a refund due to illness together at a China Southern Airlines ticket office.

(4) In case it is found through examination that the seat cancellation and medical certificate are in line with the above requirements and the ticket has not been used, the ticket and taxes shall be refunded in full. In case the ticket has been partially used, the difference of the original ticket (including taxes) minus the ticket and taxes used shall be refunded. Refund fee shall be exempted. The refund amount shall not exceed the amount originally paid.

4. Penalties for irregular ticket refund due to illness Passengers shall provide relevant evidence materials in accordance with the requirements of China Southern Airlines and complete the procedures within the specified period of time and place. Inconsistence with the requirements or providing false materials shall be refused.

5. The provisions shall become valid right now. In case of any dispute between the previous provisions and the current provisions, the latter shall prevail.

(Ⅳ)Provisions on transit service for B-class individual travelers

Ⅰ. RBD (Reservation Booking Designator): B-class

Ⅱ. Transfer: Not allowed.

Ⅲ. Open-ended ticket: Not allowed.

Ⅳ. Provisions on ticket change and refund

1. Voluntary change and refund:

Transfer, change and refund are not allowed.

2. Involuntary change: For passengers suffering from flight delay and misconnection of flights, they have priority to get vacant seats of the following flights.

3. Involuntary refund: Passengers who fail to travel or suffer from misconnection of flights caused by non-passenger reasons can refund the ticket in the original purchase place based on related certification provided by the check-in department of the departure or stopover airport specifying refund reason and flight sectors already used with bear signature and business stamp of the check-in department. If the ticket is totally unused, it should be fully refunded. If the ticket is used partially in order, the ticket should be refunded for the unused flight sectors in the stopover airport and the calculation method is as follows: discount rate of total price of full flight times regular price of economy class of unused flight sectors. If the flight of stopover changes but the connecting time is within MCT (the minimum connection time), the ticket should not be handled through involuntary refund method.

Ⅴ. This Rules will take effect on April 1, 2013 (Flight date).

(Ⅴ)Management Provisions for Round-trip Special Tariffs for Individual Passengers

I. Marketing channels:

channels directly under CSN and CSN’s authorized agents.

II. Booking cabin:

K/Q/T cabins

III. Fare basis: (note: * represents that it may be followed by suffix code.)

(I) KRT*: represents the average fare level of round trip is higher than the special tariff of Y75 (inclusive);

(II) QRT*: represents the average fare level of round trip is lower than the special tariff of Y75 (exclusive) and higher than special tariff of Y60 (inclusive);

(III) TRT*: represents the fare level is lower than the special tariff of Y60 (exclusive).

IV. Applicable tickets: CSN tickets.

V. Endorsement: not allowed.

VI. Open ticket: not allowed.

VII. Provisions for change and refund

(I) Voluntary change:

1. When a passenger requests to change the carrier or a portion of voyage for a ticket totally unused or partially used, the whole product shall be handled as voluntary refund;

2. A change of date or flight requested by a passenger for a ticket totally unused shall be handled in accordance with the following rules:

(1) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of KRT*:

In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

(2) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of QRT*:

In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 40% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

(3) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of TRT*:

In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 50% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 70% of the apportioned fare of corresponding changed segment each time;

3. A change of date or flight requested for a ticket partially used shall be handled in accordance with the following rules:

(1) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of KRT*:

In case of change directed at the unused segment and made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time each time;

(2) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of QRT*:

In case of change directed at the unused segment and made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 40% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time each time;

(3) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of TRT*:

In case of change directed at the unused segment and made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 50% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, a change fee is charged equal to 70% of the apportioned fare of unused segment each time each time;

4. If no fare difference occurs after change, then the change fee shall be charged as provided; in case of fare difference after change, the following provisions shall apply:

(1) Change from high fare to low fare shall be handled as voluntary refund。

(2) Change from low fare to high fare, the fare difference shall be charged; if the flight, date,cabin of the ticket are changed simultaneously, the fare difference and a change fee shall both be charged;

(3) If the changed booking cabin needs to be re-changed, the change fee shall be handled pursuant to the conditions of use of the changed booking cabin.

5. A ticket must be used in order with “Q/” mark shown in the endorsement box.

(II) Non-voluntary change: if a passenger misses the subsequent flight due to the delay of the preceding segment, the seats available in the subsequent flights shall be used as an alternate preferentially.

(III) Voluntary refund:

1. For a ticket totally unused, the following rules shall apply:

(1) Refund of a ticket with a fare basis of KRT*: in case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 15% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 30% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage;

(2) Refund of a ticket with a fare basis of QRT*: in case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 25% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 50% of the face value of the whole voyage;

(3) Refund of a ticket with a fare basis of TRT*: in case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 20% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 70% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 90% of the face value of the whole voyage;

2. For a ticket partially used, no refund shall be allowed.

3. In case of refund after change of a ticket, the change fee charged will not be returned; the fare difference shall be handled in accordance with standard of refund service fee in the conditions of use of new tariff, and other parts shall be handled in accordance with the refund provisions for the tariff before change, and the refund fee will be charged in aggregate.

(IV) Non-voluntary refund: after the check-in department of the departing place or the stopping place indicates the refund reason and used segment(s) and signs and stamps the check-in business seal, the passenger returns to the original place of issuance to finish the refund procedure, and the refund amount is the apportioned amount of the unused segment.

VIII. Issuance of ticket

(I) Endorsement box:

1. A ticket with a fare basis of KRT*: to indicate “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged” in the endorsement box;

2. A ticket with a fare basis of QRT*: to indicate “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged” in the endorsement box;

3. A ticket with a fare basis of TRT*: to indicate “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged” in the endorsement box;

(II) Face value: indicated according to actual price.

(III) Connection of two segments must be booked with two segments at the same PNR, with the same ticket issued.

IX. Other matters not provided herein shall be executed in accordance with the General Conditions of Use of Fares for Individual Passengers of Domestic Carriage and the General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage in force and other relevant documents. The specific conditions of use of tickets shall be subject to the indication on the reservation system and online marketing system with the tickets issued in the manner of automatic issuance, and an automatically exchanged ticket must be changed in the manner of automatic exchange.

X. These Conditions of Use apply to tickets sold from March 24, 2019 (inclusive), while the original provisions shall be applicable to the tickets sold before this date.

CSN reserves the right to finally interpret these provisions.

(Ⅵ)Management Provisions for Tariffs of Regional Connection

I. Definition of regional connection tariff

It applies to the combination of CSN’s regional flights or short voyage flights and long segment flights, and is limited to one way and is not allowed to be sold separately, and there must be a connection point between another nonstop tariff and such tariff.

II. Marketing channels: channels directly under CSN and CSN’s authorized agents.

III. Applicable tickets: CSN tickets.

IV. Open ticket: not allowed.

V. Booking cabins and scope of application:

(I) K cabin: fare basis KEY, applicable when the average fare level of regional segments is higher than the special tariff of Y75 (inclusive);

(II) Q cabin: fare basis QEY, applicable when the average fare level of regional segments is lower than the special tariff of Y75 (exclusive) and higher than special tariff of Y60 (inclusive);

(III) N cabin: fare basis NEY, applicable when the average fare level of regional segments is lower than the special tariff of Y60 (exclusive).

VI. Combined Cabins:

W/S/Y/B/M/H/U/A/L/E/V/Z cabins

VII. Provisions for Endorsement, Change and Refund:

(I) Endorsement: not allowed.

(II) Change:

1. Change of flight/date of K cabin: to charge a change fee equal to 30% of face value of K cabin ticket.

2. Change of flight/date of Q cabin: to charge a change fee equal to 40% of face value of Q cabin ticket.

3. Change of flight/date of N cabin: to charge a change fee equal to 70% of face value of N cabin ticket.

4. Change of combined cabins shall be handled pursuant to the corresponding provisions.

5. A change fee shall be charged for each segment, and in case of simultaneous change of multiple segments, the change fee shall be charged in aggregate.

(III) Refund:

1. For a ticket totally unused, the face value for the whole voyage shall be handled in accordance with the corresponding provisions for combined cabins;

2. For a ticket partially used, no refund shall be allowed.

(IV) A ticket must be used in order with “Q/” mark shown in the endorsement box.

VIII. Endorsement

KEY endorsement box is filled with “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged”;

QEY endorsement box is filled with “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged”;

NEY endorsement box is filled with “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged”.

IX. The transfer must be finished within 24 hours for the connecting flight booked with respect to the regional connection tariff. The sales unit and the agent selling regional connection tickets beyond 24-hour transfer are required by CSN settlement center to make up the difference between the fare of product cabin (K, Q, N) of that segment and the full fare of Y cabin.

X. Other matters not provided herein shall be executed in accordance with the General Conditions of Use of Fares for Individual Passengers of Domestic Carriage and the General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage in force and other relevant documents. The specific conditions of use of tickets shall be subject to the display on the reservation system and online marketing system with the tickets issued or changed on an automatic basis.

(Ⅶ)Management Provisions for Transit Tariffs

I. Marketing channels:

channels directly under CSN and CSN’s authorized agents.

II. Booking cabins:

K/Q/N cabins

III. Fare basis: (note: * represents that it may be followed by suffix code.)

(I) KZZ*: represents the average transit fare level is higher than the special tariff of Y75 (inclusive);

(II) QZZ*: represents the average transit fare level is lower than the special tariff of Y75 (exclusive) and higher than special tariff of Y60 (inclusive);

(III) NZZ*: represents the average transit fare level is lower than the special tariff of Y60 (exclusive).

IV. Applicable tickets: CSN tickets.

V. Endorsement: not allowed.

VI. Open ticket: not allowed.

VII. Provisions for change and refund:

(I) Voluntary change:

1. When a passenger requests to change the carrier or a portion of voyage for a ticket totally unused, the whole product shall be handled as voluntary refund;

2. A change of date or flight requested by a passenger for a ticket totally unused, in case of no same cabin available, shall be handled as voluntary refund;

3. A change of date or flight requested by a passenger for a ticket totally unused, in case that the voyage remains unchanged and the same cabin is available, shall be handled as follows:

(1) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of KZZ*:

In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

(2) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of QZZ*:

In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 5% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 20% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

(3) Change of flight/date of a ticket with a fare basis of NZZ*:

In case of change made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 10% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 30% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 50% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

In case of change made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a change fee is charged equal to 70% of the face value of the whole voyage each time;

4.For a ticket totally unused, all changes must comply with the requirements for whole trip, and if the date of flight, seat and otherwise are unable to form a complete transit carriage after change, then the change shall not be handled.

5. For a ticket partially used, no change shall be allowed.

6. A ticket must be used in order with “Q/” mark shown in the endorsement box.

(II) Non-voluntary change:

If a passenger misses the subsequent flight due to the delay of the flight of the preceding segment, the seats available in the subsequent flights shall be used as an alternate preferentially.

(III) Voluntary refund:

1. For a ticket totally unused, the following rules shall apply:

(1) Refund of a ticket with a fare basis of KZZ*:

In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 15% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 30% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage;

(2) Refund of a ticket with a fare basis of QZZ*:

In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 10% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 25% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 50% of the face value of the whole voyage;

(3) Refund of a ticket with a fare basis of NZZ*:

In case of refund made before 168 hours (inclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 20% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 168 (exclusive) to 48 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 40% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 48 (exclusive) to 4 (inclusive) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 70% of the face value of the whole voyage;

In case of refund made within 4 hours (exclusive) prior to the scheduled departure time of first flight of the voyage, a refund fee is charged equal to 90% of the face value of the whole voyage;

2. For a ticket partially used, no refund shall be allowed.

(IV) Non-voluntary refund:

If a passenger fails to embark on the journey or midway flights misconnect due to the reasons not related to the passenger, then the passenger returns to the original place of issuance to finish the refund procedure after the check-in department of the starting place or the stopping place provides relevant evidence, indicates the refund reasons and used segment, and signs and stamps the check-in business seal. For a ticket totally unused, all fares paid by the passenger shall be refunded; for a ticket partially used in order, the actual amount of unused segment shall be refunded, with the calculating method as: discount rate of total price of whole voyage * released tariff for economic class of unused segment. If the flight of stopping place is changed but the connecting time of flights still falls within the range as provided by MCT, the refund shall not be handled on a non-voluntary basis.

VIII. Issuance of ticket

(I) Endorsement:

1. A ticket with a fare basis of KZZ*:

To indicate “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged” in the endorsement box;

2. A ticket with a fare basis of QZZ*:

To indicate “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged” in the endorsement box;

3. A ticket with a fare basis of NZZ*:

To indicate “Q/no endorsement allowed/change and refund will be charged” in the endorsement box;

(II) Face value: indicated according to actual price.

(III) Connection of two segments must be booked with two segments at the same PNR and issued the same ticket, and connection of three (inclusive) and more segments must use conjunction ticket number and must have the ticket printed in the order of voyage.

IX. Other matters not provided herein shall be executed in accordance with the General Conditions of Use of Fares for Individual Passengers of Domestic Carriage and the General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage in force and other relevant documents.
