You can fly from London Heathrow (LHR) or London City (LCY) to Santorini Airport (JTR) in just 4 hours.
The cheapest month to fly to Santorini is in March. Peak season is from June to early September.
Visit Santorini in spring or autumn to benefit from Mediterranean sunshine without the peak time crowds. In spring, wildflowers bloom across the island, providing a photo-ready backdrop for enjoying the walking trails and archaeological sites. Once you touch down at Santorini Airport (JTR), catch an airport bus direct to the island capital of Fira where you can change buses for other towns. Taxis can be easily found outside the airport terminal and many hotels offer private transfers. The journey from the airport to Fira takes around 15 minutes.
