Antalya’s airport is just 10km from the city centre, and visitors can use the direct AntRay tram service to get there, which takes around 40 minutes. Buses also run from the airport to the city centre.

Antalya’s Old Town is easy to get around on foot, and there are also good public transport options that will take you to locations outside of the city. Antalya also has a tramway, which is a great way to see the city’s sights. Tickets for public transport can be purchased at the bus and tram stops.

Don’t miss the restored Roman harbour lined with restaurants serving fresh seafood, and the imposing Roman arch of Hadrian’s Gate. Nearby Belek has also earned a reputation as Turkey's golfing capital, with more than 10 top-quality courses across the region. The Regnum Carya Golf and Spa hotel regularly hosts the Turkish Open on its floodlit course, where you can play a round at night.

Citizens of the UK and Ireland and EU passport holders do not need a visa to visit Antalya. If you hold a passport from a country or territory outside of these areas, you may need to apply for a visa before you travel.
