If you’d rather have dim-sum, Mott 32 is also located in Central; or you can try Tim Ho Wan at North Point. Head to the dai pai dongs (open-air food stalls) to try something new. From bite-size curry fish balls, stinky tofu and siu mai to eggettes – they serve plenty of Cantonese specialties. If you prefer, there are over 60 Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong to choose from.
