Not only that, the city is one of the cleanest and most efficient in the world – not only do the subways run on time, you could eat your dinner off the seats. Hiking is one of the most popular activities in Seoul, and heading up a mountain is an easy day-trip. There are several ski resorts 90 minutes from the city, and world-class golf courses are within an hour’s drive.
