German 19% VAT (UST)
If you are German VAT registered business, you may require a VAT invoice for claiming back tax credits for your German domestic flight only. You can do this by contacting us using this webform.
If your booking was made through any method other than directly with ba.com, please contact your travel provider to obtain your VAT invoice.
How to claim
If you booked a domestic German flight through ba.com, you can obtain a VAT invoice from British Airways.
Please ensure you have the following information to complete your request:
- Registered name of the business.
- VAT registration number.
- Registered address of the business.
- E-mail address (the invoice will be sent to this email address).
- Passenger name in the booking.
- Booking reference (six-digit alphanumeric PNR).
- Date and departure point of first flight in the itinerary.
