Flights from London to Dublin take one hour and 15 minutes, while flights from London to Belfast take one hour and 25 minutes.
We fly to Dublin Airport (DUB) from London Heathrow (LHR) and London City Airport (LCY). You can also travel from London Heathrow to George Best Belfast City Airport (BHD).
September and October, plus January and February tend to offer cheaper flights to Ireland, but use our low fare finder to find the best value flights.
March to May and September to November are the best times to visit Ireland, though you can expect it to be busy during St Patrick’s Day celebrations. Thes months tend to have fewer visitors than the summer and the temperatures aren’t as cold as in the winter. Ireland has a mild climate and although it’s rainy at times, you can visit all year round.
