A flight from London Heathrow to Algiers takes just over two hours and 30 minutes.
Summer is the most popular season to visit the city, so book your flights for spring or autumn if you want to pay less but still enjoy sunny and warm days.
You can make your trip to Algiers fit any budget, from finding cheap eats to visiting museums with reasonable entry fees, like Le Musée National des Beaux Arts and Musem de l’Armee. Once you land into Houari Boumediene Airport, you can easily access Algiers’ city centre. Buses frequently run between the airport and the city, or you can catch a taxi from outside the terminal building, which will get you downtown in approximately 50 minutes.
