In order to claim a refund, you must have received an email from British Airways with an eVoucher code/ticket number beginning '125-'.
You can request a refund if you received an eVoucher email from us after your flight was cancelled during the period of 9 March 2020 to 19 November 2020.
You will have received a separate email for each eVoucher/ticket, and they will all list the ticket holder's surname and the voucher's code. Enter this information into our online form to claim your refund. You will need to complete a separate online form for each eVoucher.
