In the Big Easy, say yes to everything going. Say yes to beignets soused in café au lait. When you hear the soulful sound of a jazz band, stop to listen, when you are invited for a drink, then stay for two.
Say yes to exploring: the galleries and vintage shops, the Garden District’s quiet streets. Look up our flights to New Orleans and our holidays to New Orleans: moss-hung oaks and Southern hospitality await. Music is a part of life here and you won’t have to travel far to hear it seeping down the streets like mud in the bayou. This is the city that invented jazz, after all. Come for wild nights, but stay for the state of elegant decay afterwards- the atmospheric cemeteries, the sophisticated touch of French and Spanish influence crumbling off beautiful old buildings. Then restore yourself with the warm heartiness of a good old gumbo.
Our new flights to The Big Easy don’t actually start until March 27, but we couldn’t wait that long when there was the world famous Mardi Gras to get to!
