Bonus Avios - Bonus Avios are awarded for all Qualifying Holidays, that are flown post registering and booked within the promotional period. 
 
This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a British Airways (“BA”) Club member, who has clicked onto the “register now” link in this offer and registered with their British Airways Club membership number. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions  set out below. Eligible Participants must register at the offer page, and follow the "Register now" link provided, between 9 April 2026 – 20 April 2026 (Promotional Period). Registration must take place in order to qualify for this promotion. Eligible Participants must book all Qualifying Holidays by 20 April 2026 and travel must be completed between 9 April – 18 December 2026 (Travel Period). Bonus Avios will be awarded based on the duration of trip. The 10,000 bonus Avios is available on Qualifying Holidays made with a duration of five (5) or more nights. 

A new holiday booking is considered a Qualifying Holiday providing it is made after the Member has registered for that the booking pursuant to above and that it is: booked between 9 April 2026 and 20 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”); and travelled between: 9 April 2026 and 18 December 2026 (inclusive).

1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the BAH 10k Bonus Avios promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

2. This Promotion is jointly provided by (1) British Airways Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 00554278) whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB (“British Airways Holidays”); and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must be

a. aged 18 or over;

b. a resident of the United Kingdom; and

c. be a member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”); and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. 4. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these Terms as well as the Avios Group (AGL) Limited’s (“AGL”) Terms and Conditions and British Airways Holidays’ Booking Terms and Conditions.

5. In order to verify the eligibility for the Promotion, we reserve the right to require the Eligible Participants to provide us with proof of age and identity.

6. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Participants must register via the Promotion landing page at ba.com/bonusavios during the Promotion Period before making a qualifying package booking. A confirmation message will be displayed upon successful registration.

7. The Promotion is offering Eligible Participants to collect ten thousand (10,000) bonus Avios when they make qualifying package booking(s) directly at https://www.britishairways.com or by calling +44 344 493 0747 between 09 April 2026 at 00:01 GMT and 20 April 2026 at 23:59 GMT, for travel between 09 April and 18 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”), provided that the booking has a minimum duration of five (5) consecutive nights.

a. Where the booking is a flight and hotel accommodation only, the duration shall be determined by the number of consecutive hotel nights booked.

b. Where the booking is a flight and car hire only, the duration shall be determined by the number of consecutive car hire days booked.

c. Where the booking includes flight, hotel accommodation and car hire, the qualifying package booking duration requirement will be satisfied if either the hotel stay or the car hire period meet the minimum duration requirement.

d. The duration of the qualify package booking is determined solely by the hotel accommodation or car hire element, and not by the overall trip duration.

e. Outside of this Promotion Period, Eligible Participants will collect the standard one (1) Avios per £1 spent on qualifying package booking made (flights + hotels or flights + car hire).

f. Bookings that include travel to any of the following countries are excluded from this Promotion and will not qualify for the bonus Avios: Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

8. Avios will not be awarded on any taxes, fees or charges payable directly at the accommodation.

9. A qualifying package booking is defined as holiday package consisting of a flight combined with a hotel and/or car hire made in one transaction, where only one total price is shown and prices for element such as “flight” and/or “hotel” “car” aren’t shown.

10. Retrospective or backdated claims for Avios related to bookings are not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt retrospective claims for Avios to be applied to bookings made on https://www.britishairways.com directly prior to the introduction of this Promotion are not permitted.

11. Relevant Airline’ Conditions of Carriage apply.

12. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Airways Holidays related offer.

13. To qualify for the Promotion, eligible participants must add their BAC membership number at the time of booking. If membership number cannot be added during the booking process, Eligible Participants may contact British Airways Holidays customer support on +44 344 493 0787 to have their membership number added to the qualifying package booking

14. For each qualifying package booking, the first flight booked must depart from the United Kingdom.

15. Only one (1) BAC account will be eligible to receive Avios for each booking. The name of the lead passenger must match the name on the BAC account.

16. This Promotion is limited to one (1) qualifying package booking per Eligible Participant. Where an Eligible Participant makes multiple qualifying package bookings during the Promotion Period, only the first qualifying booking will be eligible to receive bonus Avios as stated in clause 7.

17. Eligible Participants may earn Avios in connection with a qualifying package booking:

a. Flight Avios: Any Avios earned on the flight element may take up to six (6) weeks after completion of the trip to be credited.

b. British Airways Holidays Package Avios: Any Avios earned on the holiday package price, including any Avios described in booking journey as “Bonus Avios” may take up to fourteen (14) days after completion of the trip to be credited.

c. Promotion Bonus Avios: The ten thousand (10,000) Avios available under this Promotion are separate from the Avios referred to in clauses 16.a and 16.b and may take up to eight (8) weeks after completion of the trip to be credited.

18. Avios will not be awarded for cancelled holiday packages, unused flights or partially flown return journeys.

19. If the Avis/Budget car rental is booked as part of the holiday package, the Avios corresponding to the rental will be awarded according with Avis Budget Group’s General and Location Specific Conditions of Rental.

20. Eligible Participants who modify their travel plans after the Promotion Period will remain eligible for bonus Avios only if the amended booking continues to satisfy all of the requirements of this Promotion as stated in the Terms.

21. British Airways Holidays accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

22. British Airways Holidays and AGL reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

23. British Airways Holidays reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its discretion at any time, or to modify its terms without prior notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations, as well as any other similar event beyond British Airways Holidays’ reasonable control.

24. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to acceptance and compliance with Avios’s Terms and Conditions as stated on https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions

25. Eligible Participants personal data will be processed where necessary by British Airways Holidays, The British Airways Club and AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the British Airways Holidays' Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and BAC’s Privacy Policy.

26. British Airways Holidays reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.

27. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. British Airways Holidays’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.

28. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways Holidays, BAC and/or AGL (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based

upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected.

29. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the promotional materials.

31. This Promotion shall be governed by governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.

32. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on British Airways Holidays, the BAC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited.

33. British Airways Holidays, the BAC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
