1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a British Airways (“BA”) British Airways Club member. Eligible Participants may join The British Airways Club, using code Z07727 which will automatically register them to this promotion. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the Terms and Conditions set out below.

2.1. Eligible Participants must register between 3 July 2025 and 23 July 2025 (“Promotional Period”), at the offer page before booking any Qualifying Flight or Holiday and follow the "Register now" link provided. A "thank you" message will be displayed to confirm that your registration has been successful.

2.2. Registration must take place before booking in order to qualify.

2.3. All Qualifying Holidays (see below for definition) must be booked by 23:59 GMT 23 July 2025 and all travel must be completed between 7 July 2025 and 31 October 2025 (“Travel Period”).

2.4. To qualify for the bonus Avios offers, Eligible Participants must quote their Club membership number at the time of booking.

2.5. This promotion cannot be used retrospectively. This promotion only applies to those who register, book and travel during the Promotion Period and Travel Period.

3.1. Promotion 1: 5,000 bonus Avios on European holidays under seven (7) nights

3.1.1. The 5,000 bonus Avios is available on Qualifying Holidays made with a duration of under seven (7) nights.

3.2. Promotion 2: 10,000 bonus Avios on European holidays for seven (7) or more nights

3.2.1. The 10,000 bonus Avios is available on Qualifying Holidays made with a duration of seven (7) or more nights.

4.1. A new holiday booking is considered a Qualifying Holiday providing it is made after the Member has registered for that the booking pursuant to 1.1. above and that it is:

4.1.1. booked between 3 July 2025 and 23 July 2025 (“Promotional Period”); and

4.1.2. travelled between: 7 July 2025 and 31 October 2025 (“Travel Period”)

4.2. The Qualifying Holiday may contain any combination of a Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car, or Flight + Hotel + Car, but the flight element shall always originate in the UK

4.3. A Qualifying Holiday must be booked on ba.com or via the British Airways contact centre only.

4.4. A Qualifying Holiday is to any European destination available with British Airways Holidays portfolio available to clause 4.3 above.

4.5. This promotion does not apply to any bookings made with BA’s partners via external sites, including with executive hotel partners or Avios travel partners.

4.6. A hotel or car hire booking made without a flight component will not qualify. A hotel or car hire added to a flight booking where the elements are priced separately will not qualify.

5.1. Eligible Participants who pay for and travel on any Qualifying Holiday, will be awarded the bonus Avios after the trip is completed.

5.2. The Avios total, consists of base Avios and bonus Avios. Please note the different elements will be awarded at different times.

5.2.1. The base Avios may be awarded up to six weeks after completion as per Terms and Conditions.

5.2.2. The bonus Avios as offered under this promotion will be awarded up to eight weeks after completion.

5.2.3. If Avis car rental has been booked within the Qualifying Holiday, the Avios relating the Avis car rental will also be awarded as per the Avis Terms and Conditions.

6.1. If you book directly with BA via telephone on 0344 493 0787 or online at ba.com, payment by cheque will not be accepted. Calls charged at local rate from landline. Calls from mobiles may vary. If you pay for a Qualifying Holiday using a corporate credit card billed in the UK, you will be charged a fee of 1% (up to a maximum of £20 per person, per transaction). Avios are not transferable and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. This promotion has no cash value. All Avios and tier points are issued subject to The British Airways Club membership Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Eligible Participants who change their travel arrangements after the date of booking will not be eligible for any Avios bonus award unless their revised travel is within the qualifying Travel Period and still meets the Qualifying Holiday requirements.

6.3. All bookings under this promotion will be covered by the fare rules and conditions of the original fare. This includes any applicable refund and change fees. All refunds are subject to the fare rules for the class of ticket booked. Fare rules and conditions appear in your booking details when you access your booking on ba.com through the ‘Manage my booking’ functionality.

6.5. All Passengers are carried by BA in accordance with its General Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage and its notice and Conditions of Contract as stated on each ticket or itinerary as provided.

6.6. BA reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its discretion in any event or amend the terms of this promotion without notice in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond the reasonable control of BA.

6.7. Personal data will be taken where necessary from Eligible Participants but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the promotion and shall be subject to BA’s Privacy Policy. This information may be shared with any third parties reasonably involved in the promotion without liability to BA or such third parties.

6.8. BA is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party website or homepage access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions of this promotion.

6.9. Subject to the below, this promotion and any other non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it is governed exclusively by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales:

6.9.1. If you are a resident in the United Kingdom but outside of England and Wales, then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on your residence) also have jurisdiction;

6.9.2. If you are a resident in a member state of the European Union (EU) other than the United Kingdom, then the courts of that member state also have jurisdiction; and

6.9.3. If you are a resident of a country which is a signatory to the Rome Convention, your contract is governed in all aspects by English law, but you will have the benefit of any mandatory rules of law applicable in your country of residence.

6.10. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.

Advertised Holiday Packages are available in the offer for travel between selected dates as stated below:

a. Greece holidays - advertised price includes economy (Euro Traveller) return flights from London Gatwick to Thessaloniki airport and a minimum of 7 nights in 4-star accommodation in Halkidiki, for travel on selected dates between 07 July – 31 October 2025 inclusive. A local tourism tax of approximately €35pp is payable locally at your accommodation.

 b. Spain holidays - advertised price includes economy (Euro Traveller) return flights from London Gatwick to Palma airport and a minimum of 7 nights in 4-star accommodation in Mallorca, for travel on selected dates between 07 July – 31 October 2025 inclusive. A local tourism tax of approximately €21pp is payable locally at your accommodation.

c. Portugal holidays - advertised price includes economy (Euro Traveller) return flights from London Gatwick to Faro airport and a minimum of 7 nights in 3-star accommodation in Quarteira, for travel on selected dates between 07 July – 31 October 2025 inclusive.  A local tourism tax of approximately €14pp is payable locally at your accommodation.

d. Canary Island holidays - advertised price includes economy (Euro Traveller) return flights from London Gatwick to Tenerife South airport and a minimum of 7 nights in 3-star accommodation in Tenerife, for travel on selected dates between 07 July – 31 October 2025 inclusive.

e. Cyprus holidays - advertised price includes economy (Euro Traveller) return flights from London Gatwick to Larnaca International airport and a minimum of 7 nights in 3-star accommodation in Paphos, for travel on selected dates between 07 July – 31 October 2025 inclusive.

g. Italy holidays - advertised price includes economy (Euro Traveller) return flights from London Gatwick to Pisa International Airport and a minimum of 2 nights in 3-star accommodation in Pisa, for travel on selected dates between 07 July – 31 October 2025 inclusive.  A local tourism tax of approximately €5.50pp is payable locally at your accommodation.
