More about Rev Points
- Enrolment is required into The British Airways Club. If you aren't already a member, join the Club.
- You can convert Revpoints into Avios at a conversion rate of 1:1. A minimum of 1 RevPoints and a maximum of 999,999 apply to each transfer of RevPoints into Avios.
- Your RevPoints should be transferred to your British Airways Club account immediately, but please allow two working days upon your transfer request for the transfer to be completed.
- If the transaction fails, or you have any questions regarding missing RevPoints, please contact Revolut via in-app chat or support@revolut.com or visit the Revolut T&Cs: https://www.revolut.com/legal/RevPoints.
- Once RevPoints are transferred for Avios, the RevPoints will immediately be deducted from your Revolut Rewards account balance and they cannot be transferred back to your Revolut Rewards account.
- Upon completion of a transfer, the transferred points to Avios will become subject to The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
- Revolut is not responsible for availability of flights, accommodation, or any other rewards in The British Airways Club
- Airline tickets and reward bookings are subject to availability and The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions. Check reward seat availability before transferring points by visiting www.britishairways.com.
- Transfer enough RevPoints into your British Airways Club account to redeem for your Avios reward seat or enough to top up your British Airways Club account with Avios.
- Please note that no booking can be made until the Avios are credited and showing in your British Airways Club account.
- Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges, including airline surcharges, may apply on British Airways Reward Flights and upgrades.
1. How do I convert my Revpoints?
Please log into your Revolut App and follow the Revpoints journey by clicking bottom right of the homepage. If you can't see a ‘Revpoints’ link, please contact Revolut.
2. How many Avios will I get for my Revpoints?
Revpoints will be converted at 1:1, but this may change from time to time. Please check your Revolut app for the current conversion ratio.
3. Is there a minimum and maximum amount of Revpoints I can convert into Avios?
- Minimum 1 Avios
- Maximum 999,999 Avios
4. Do I need to be an existing member of The British Airways Club programme to be able to convert my Revpoints into Avios?
Yes, enrolment is required into The British Airways Club. If you aren't already a member, join the Club.
5. How long does it take for my Avios to be credited after I have converted from Revpoints?
Avios should be credited immediately but could take up to two working days.
6. What do I do if I haven't received my Avios, but my Revpoints have been debited?
Please contact Revolut in this instance who can liaise with Avios on your behalf.
7. Can I reverse my conversion into Avios if I change my mind?
No. Once a conversion has been made it's non-reversible.
8. What do I do if my Revolut account has been breached and my Revpoints converted into Avios without my knowledge or approval?
Please contact Revolut to report any fraudulent activity on your account.
Uber
From taking rides to booking trips by coach or train, Uber helps you get around on the ground. Now however you choose to ride in the UK, you’ll collect 1 Avios for every £1 you spend. You can also collect 1 Avios for every €1 spent on Uber trips in the Republic of Ireland.
Simply link your British Airways Club and Uber accounts in the Uber app, to start making your little trips add up to bigger ones.
