Arrivals lounges

Prepare for the day ahead with a brief stopover in our London Heathrow Terminal 3 and Terminal 5 Arrivals Lounges. Freshen up with a shower or help yourself in the Concorde Breakfast Room with ground coffee, tea, smoothies and juices before continuing with your day. 

Locations

British Airways Arrivals Lounge, Terminal 5 – please take the orange lifts to the first floor before check-in and security. 

American Airlines Arrivals Lounge, Terminal 3 – exit to the right after the customs hall, then take the stairs or lift next to the restaurant to Level 2. 

Use of all facilities is subject to availability.

Opening times

British Airways Arrivals Lounge, Terminal 5 – open daily from 05:00 to 14:00, offering a full English breakfast until 12:00. 

American Airlines Arrivals Lounge, Terminal 3 – open daily from 05:00 to 14:00. 

Eligibility

The British Airways Arrivals Lounge in London Heathrow Terminal 5 is available for passengers who are: 

  • British Airways customers arriving in First or business (Club World) cabins. 
  • British Airways Club Gold members arriving on a long-haul British Airways flight.*
  • American Airlines Emerald Tier card holders arriving on a long-haul British Airways or American Airlines flight.

The American Airlines Arrivals Lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 3 is available for passengers who are: 

  • British Airways customers arriving in First or business (Club World) cabins. 
  • British Airways Club Gold members arriving on a long-haul British Airways flight. 
  • American Airlines customers arriving in First or Business Class cabins.
  • American Airlines Concierge Key card holders arriving on a long-haul American Airlines flight.

Capacity restrictions apply, so you won't be able to bring guests into these lounges. 

*This does not include British Airways Club members travelling on a flight operated by another airline.
