Flying Start, is our long standing charity partnership with Comic Relief. Together, our customers and colleagues have raised millions of pounds to help people living through the most challenging of times, in the UK and around the world. Thanks to your generosity so far – and the incredible fundraising efforts of British Airways employees – we’ve raised over £30 million in support of Flying Start, which has helped Comic Relief to reach over 1.1 million people.

Our BA Better World Community Fund delivers life-changing opportunities in the communities we serve, enabling us to support projects that deliver benefits for community engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and working to protect biodiversity and nature.

Our partnership with the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) ensures that vital relief gets to where it’s needed, as soon as possible. The DEC brings together 14 leading UK aid agencies to raise vital funds when there’s a humanitarian crisis. By working together as a member of the DEC’s Rapid Response Network, we raise funds to save, protect, and rebuild lives in communities that are impacted by major disasters. Since 2013, we’ve supported 14 humanitarian crisis appeals.

这些条款与细则涉及在预订过程中向 BA Better World 社区基金会捐款。这是一项完全自愿的计划，乘客可以通过捐款来帮助支持 BA Better World 社区基金慈善合作伙伴。这些捐款由英国航空公司募集，并由英国航空全额转交给独立的非营利慈善机构，由这些慈善机构确定具体项目。
1. 定义
“BA Better World 社区基金会”（也称为“社区基金会”）是该计划的名称，负责募集捐款并将乘客的捐款转交给慈善机构。
“捐赠”是指您为了参与 BA Better World 社区基金会而自愿做出的捐献。
“慈善机构”是指英国航空现在或将来可能指定的任何非营利性第三方慈善机构，其负责甄别和管理由英国航空乘客捐款所资助的任何项目。

2. 您的捐款
英国航空会不定期选择慈善机构，您可以在此处查看部分慈善机构的名单。英国航空保留自行决定选择接受 BA Better World 社区基金会捐款的慈善机构的权利。
3. BA Better World 社区基金会
- 您的捐款将被全额转交给慈善机构。
- 慈善机构将利用捐款来支持他们的项目。
- 请注意，英国航空将决定您的捐款将支持哪些慈善机构。
- 捐款是一次性付款，无法退还。
英国航空既不会截留您捐赠的任何款项，也不会从 BA Better World 社区基金的运营中获取任何形式的收入或利润。
