Middle East operation

We have scheduled further flights from Oman (Muscat) to London Heathrow departing at 02:30 local time on 9, 10, 11 and 12 March. These flights are for BA customers who are in Oman or the UAE with an existing booking. If you wish to travel on these flights, please contact us via our dedicated phone line on +44 203 467 3854. Our teams will also be getting in touch with BA customers directly via email.

3 月 5 日、6 日和 7 日从马斯喀特出发的航班目前已全部订满。我们正持续评估事态发展；若条件允许，我们将增开额外航班。

我们暂时仍无法运营在阿布扎比、安曼、巴林、多哈、迪拜及特拉维夫的进出港航班。  

英国政府现已更新出行指引，明确指出：“目前可以搭乘某些商业航班离开该地区；若您在阿联酋的行程非必要，且判断可安全搭乘相关航班，可考虑离境”。  

我们已增加在 3 月 6 日、7 日从阿曼（马斯喀特）飞往伦敦希思罗机场的航班。上述航班仅面向身处阿曼或阿联酋且已经预订了机票的乘客。若您希望搭乘上述任一航班，请拨打专属热线 +44 203 467 3854 与我们联系。我们的团队还将通过电子邮件直接与客户联系。

We are closely monitoring the situation and have cancelled a number of our flights to the Middle East. Safety is always our top priority and we would never operate a flight unless it was safe to do so.

If you are due to fly between London Heathrow and Abu Dhabi, Amman, Bahrain, Doha, Dubai, Tel Aviv or Riyadh up to and including 15 March you can change your flight date free of charge to travel on or before 29 March. 

出行日期在 3 月 15 日及更早的乘客，也可通过管理我的预订申请全额退款。

If you are travelling between London and Larnaca up to and including 15 March, you can change your flight date free of charge to travel on or before 29 March.

已预订 3 月 15 日及更早前往上述目的地航班的乘客，可更改预订至其他航线，并在 3 月 29 日前出行。更改免收手续费，但需补足票价差额。

All other flights are continuing to operate as normal. Please check your flight status for the latest information before you travel.
