ALL (Accor Live Limitless) is the worldwide, multi-brand, free loyalty program of Accor. With over 3,500 participating hotels, you can collect Avios each time you stay and enjoy a whole host of benefits, whether you travel on your own, as a couple or with your family.

You must also be a member of the ALL programme to be able to collect Avios with this hotel group.

The number of Avios you collect is based on how much you spend at each hotel.

Join the hotel loyalty programme

You'll need to join ALL, Accor's loyalty programme, and select The British Airways Club as your earning preference. You can either join for free online or during your next hotel stay.

Please make sure you enrol using the link below, and you won’t have to earn the minimum threshold of 4,000 ALL Rewards points.

Join ALL, Accor’s lifestyle loyalty program, and activate the automatic conversion of points Rewards ALL into Avios.

How to collect Avios with Accor

  1. Once you're a member of ALL you can change your earning preference so that your ALL Rewards points are automatically converted into Avios immediately after each stay.
  2. Click on 'Manage my ALL Rewards points' and select 'Automatic conversion of my points into airline miles' and choose British Airways as your Frequent Flyer Programme. Finally enter the membership number and name you use for The British Airways Club. You'll now automatically collect Avios after each stay at participating Accor hotels.
  3. Book your stay with Accor or contact your nearest reservations office. Ensure you provide your ALL membership number with your booking and at hotel check-in.
  4. Your British Airways Club account will be credited with the applicable Avios approximately six weeks after your stay.
  5. If the Avios don't show on your account within six weeks, please log in to your ALL account through all.accor.com, select 'contact us' and complete the claim missing Avios form.
  6. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.

Exchange ALL Rewards points for Avios

You can convert existing ALL Rewards points into Avios.

Conversions can only be made in increments of 4,000 points — 4,000 ALL Rewards points convert into 2,000 Avios.

  1. Log in to your ALL account, go to "Manage my ALL Rewards points" and then select "Convert my points into airline miles" in the drop down menu.
  2. After you submit your request online, your Avios will automatically be awarded to your British Airways Club account. Please allow approximately six weeks for Avios to be credited to your account.
