1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the TodayTix Booking Bonus Incentive (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing. 

2. This Promotion is jointly provided by (1) TodayTix Limited (“TodayTix”) (company registered number 09362667) a company whose registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, United Kingdom; and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, individuals must be:  

a. At least 18 years old;  

b. An active TodayTix account holder; and  

c. A member of The British Airways Club (“BAC”) and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”).

4. Eligible Participants must link their BAC account to their TodayTix account via the Partner Rewards section in Account Settings and select BAC as their Preferred Reward Programme before making a booking. Bookings made before the accounts are linked will not earn Avios.

5. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the AGL Terms and Conditions. For full details of the AGL Terms and Conditions, please visit https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions. 

6. Eligible Participants who have: 

a. never completed a purchase with TodayTix; or

b. not completed a purchase with TodayTix in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of booking, 

will earn 4 Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend. To earn Avios, the booking must be made through the TodayTix mobile app or website between 00:01 BST on 13 July 2026 and 23:59 BST on 14 August 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). 

7. All other Eligible Participants will earn 2 Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend for bookings made, and shows attended, during the Promotional Period.

8. Qualifying Spend means the amount paid in pounds sterling (£) for eligible tickets to UK performances, excluding Rush tickets, Lottery tickets, gift cards, donations, merchandise, booking fees and any booking subsequently cancelled or refunded.

9. Only one TodayTix account and a linked British Airways Club account will be eligible to receive Avios per transaction. The account holder names for both the BAC and TodayTix accounts must match. If names do not match for a legitimate reason, contact TodayTix via the help section of your TodayTix account.

10. No cash alternative will be offered for the Promotion.  

11. Avios will be awarded to the Eligible Participant’s BAC account within seventy-two (72) hours of attending the show.  

12. No Avios will be earned on bookings that are cancelled or refunded. If a booking is changed, Avios will be calculated on the final amount paid (inclusive of taxes, fees or charges).

13. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other Avios related offer or TodayTix offer or promotion applying to the same booking.

14. Avios cannot be claimed retrospectively for bookings made before the Eligible Participant’s accounts were linked or outside the Promotional Period.

16. Neither AGL nor TodayTix accepts responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control. 

17. Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. 

18. Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

22. By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL and TodayTix or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the TodayTix's Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy. 

23. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. TodayTix’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

24. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways, AGL and/or TodayTix (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any liability of the Promoter arising in connection with the Promotion shall be several, and the Promoter accepts no joint and several liability in connection with the Promotion.

25. Promotional materials may form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.

26. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction. If the Eligible Participant is resident in the Republic of Ireland, then the courts of the Republic of Ireland also have jurisdiction.

27. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on the British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix.

28. British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.

29. Avios Group Ltd (AGL) and TodayTix are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this bonus misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the initiative.
