Collect 25% bonus Avios when you convert HSBC Reward points into Avios

By entering the British Airways Club bonus transfer Avios offer (the ‘offer’) you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Who’s running the offer? 

HSBC UK Bank plc (‘we, us’) is the promoter of the offer. 

Can I enter the offer? 

To enter you need to: 

• Be the primary cardholder of an HSBC Premier Credit Card or HSBC Premier World Elite™ Mastercard®;
• You must also have a British Airways Club account in the same name at the time you request to redeem your points and “Avios” are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited. In this document, “points” are points earned and credited in connection with the HSBC Premier Credit Card or HSBC Premier World Elite™ Mastercard® and “Avios” are points in connection with the British Airways Club. 
• To be eligible for this offer you must be registered for mobile or online banking, as redemption can only be made through these channels. 
• A minimum of 100 points must be redeemed per transaction for Avios to be eligible for the offer. 
• Your redemption won’t count if you don’t meet the above criteria. You’ll be disqualified if you stop meeting these criteria at any time before the offer ends (even if your entry was valid when you entered). 

How do I enter?

This offer is free to enter. You can take part in the offer from [00:01] [GMT] 01 February 2026 until [23:59] [GMT]  28 February 2026 inclusive. We won’t accept entries received after the closing date. 

To redeem points for Avios: 

• Log on to the mobile app 
• Tap the menu icon and select 'Rewards and benefits' 
• Under 'Spend your points', tap ‘British Airways’ and follow the instructions 
• You’ll also need to include your airline membership number to submit your request 
• You can also redeem via online banking. 

What is the offer? 

• 25% Extra Avios will be awarded 14 days after you redeem your points in exchange for Avios. A minimum of 100 points to be redeemed per transaction to be eligible for the extra Avios. These extra Avios will be reflected as ‘Bonus Avios’  separately in your Avios statement. 
• Points will be immediately deducted once you complete the redemption and will be awarded to your Avios account up to two days after the points transfer is completed. Once you request to redeem, you cannot withdraw your request or receive a return or refund. There is no cash substitute for this offer and it cannot be combined with any other existing offer.
• All terms and conditions of the applicable HSBC Reward Programme apply to the redemption of Points for Avios. Read more details on how to redeem your Points.
