Early Park Admission 

*Universal Orlando hotel guests must present hotel key card and valid theme park admission; all other guests must show theme park ticket stating Early Park Admission benefit. Universal Express Unlimited

Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or at Universal Epic Universe. Excludes separately ticketed events. Park-to-Park admission required to board the Hogwarts Express™. Benefit is non-transferable and valid only for guests of Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel® and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, for the number of guests staying in the room for the length of hotel stay. Express ride access is a separate line with a shorter wait time (when compared to the estimate wait time of the regular lines) at participating rides and attractions. Wait times are estimates that may vary due to weather, demand, and downtimes and are not guaranteed. Present valid room key card (or other authorized Express validation) to the attendant upon entering the Express queue for a participating ride and attraction. Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket 

^The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, AND Universal Volcano Bay on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort 

(‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice. 1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the British Airways Holidays Universal Orlando Bonus Avios Promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

2. This Promotion is jointly provided by:

a. British Airways Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 00554278) whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB (“British Airways Holidays”); and 

b. Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must be:

a. aged 18 or over; 

b. a resident of the United Kingdom; and

4. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these Terms as well as:

a. AGL’s Terms and Conditions available at https://www.avios.com/ja-GB/terms-and-conditions; and 

b. British Airways Holidays’ Booking Terms and Conditions available at https://www.britishairways.com/content/information/legal/package-booking-terms-and-conditions.

5. In order to verify the eligibility for the Promotion, British Airways Holidays and AGL reserve the right to require the Eligible Participants to provide us with proof of age and identity.

6. The Promotion opens at 00:01 UK Time on 09 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK Time on 10 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Qualifying package booking(s) must be made during the Promotion Period, directly at https://www.britishairways.com or by calling +44 344 493 0747, for travel commencing on or after 1 January 2027 and completing on or before 30 September 2027 (the “Travel Period”).

7. A “qualifying package booking” is a booking made with British Airways Holidays Limited during the Promotion Period which constitutes a package (as defined in British Airways Holidays’ Booking Terms and Conditions), consisting of a flight combined with a stay of at least seven (7) consecutive nights at a single Participating Hotel listed in Schedule 1, such stay being the “qualifying stay”, and which may also include car hire, park tickets, experiences or other accommodation, whether booked in a single transaction or as linked bookings forming one package, and whether or not prices for individual elements such as flight, hotel, car hire and/or experiences are shown separately. Where a qualifying package booking is made as linked bookings, all elements forming the package must be booked during the Promotion Period. A package that does not include a flight, or does not include a stay of at least seven (7) consecutive nights at a single Participating Hotel (including “Hotel Only” bookings), does not qualify for this Promotion. Under this Promotion, Eligible Participants can collect up to twenty thousand (20,000) bonus Avios on a qualifying package booking, plus an additional two thousand five hundred (2,500) bonus Avios where a qualifying park ticket product is added at the time of booking, as set out in clause 10. 

8. The seven (7) night minimum stay is measured by the nights booked at a Participating Hotel, not by the overall length of the trip:

a. The qualifying package booking must include at least seven (7) consecutive nights at a single Participating Hotel listed in Schedule 1;

b. nights booked at any other hotel or accommodation, and any car hire included in the booking, do not count towards the seven (7) night minimum; and

c. a booking whose overall trip is longer than the qualifying stay, including itineraries combining other destinations or accommodation, will qualify provided it included at least seven (7) consecutive nights at a single Participating hotel.   

9. Subject to these Terms, bonus Avios will be awarded based on the category of the Participating Hotel at which the qualifying stay is booked, as set out in Schedule 1:

a. qualifying package bookings with a qualifying stay at a hotel in the Value Inns & Suites category will be awarded five thousand (5,000) bonus Avios;

b. qualifying package bookings will a qualifying stay at a hotel in the Prime Value Hotels category will be awarded ten thousand (10,000) bonus Avios; 

c. qualifying package bookings with a qualifying stay at a hotel in the Signature Collection category will be awarded twenty thousand (20,000) bonus Avios; and

d. an additional two thousand five hundred (2,500) bonus Avios will be awarded where a qualifying park ticket product listed in Schedule 1 is added to the qualifying package booking at the time of booking. This additional bonus is awarded once per qualifying package booking, regardless of the number of type of tickets added.

Where more than one Participating Hotel within the same qualifying package booking is booked for at least seven (7) consecutive nights, bonus Avios will be awarded once, at the highest category booked. If a qualifying package booking is amended after it is made, clause 20 applies. 

10. The bonus Avios available under this Promotion are in addition to the standard Avios that Eligible Participants collect on British Airways Holidays bookings. Eligible Participants will continue to collect standard Avios at one (1) Avios per £1 spent on the qualifying package booking (flights + hotels, flights + hotel + car or flights + hotel + experience).

11. To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Participants must add their BAC membership number at the time of booking. If a membership number cannot be added during the booking process, Eligible Participants may contact British Airways Holidays customer support on +44 344 493 0787 to have their membership number added to the qualifying package booking  by the time of  their outbound travel date.

12. For each qualifying package booking, the first flight booked must depart from the United Kingdom.

13. Only one (1) BAC account will be eligible to receive Avios for each qualifying package booking. This applies both to the standard Avios collected on the booking and to the bonus Avios available under this Promotion. Avios will be credited to the BAC account of the lead passenger, and the name of the lead passenger must match the name on that BAC account. 

14. This Promotion is limited to one (1) qualifying package booking per Eligible Participant. Where an Eligible Participant makes multiple qualifying package bookings during the Promotion Period, only the first qualifying booking that is not cancelled will be eligible to receive bonus Avios as stated in clause 10. 

15. Eligible Participants may earn Avios in connection with a qualifying package booking:

a. Flight Avios: Any Avios earned on the flight element may take up to six (6) weeks after completion of the trip to be credited.

b. British Airways Holidays Package Avios: Any Avios earned on the holiday package price, including any Avios described in booking journey as “Bonus Avios” may take up to fourteen (14) days after completion of the trip to be credited.

c. Promotion Bonus Avios: The bonus Avios available under this Promotion are separate from the Avios referred to in clauses 16.a and 16.b and may take up to eight (8) weeks after completion of the trip to be credited.

16. Avios will not be awarded for holiday packages that are cancelled or refunded, unused flights or partially flown return journeys.

17. Avios will not be awarded on any taxes, fees or charges payable directly to the accommodation provider.

18. If the Avis/Budget car rental is booked as part of the holiday package, the Avios corresponding to the rental will be awarded according with Avis Budget Group’s General and Location Specific Conditions of Rental.

19. Eligible Participants who modify/change their travel plans after the Promotion Period will remain eligible for bonus Avios only if the amended booking continues to satisfy all the eligible requirements of this Promotion as stated in the Terms. The bonus Avios will be determined by the duration of the amended booking as actually travelled.

20. Where a change is made by British Airways Holidays or the airline and was not requested by the Eligible Participant, and as a result the amended booking no longer satisfies one or more requirements of this Promotion (including the duration requirement) or falls into a lower tier, the Eligible Participant will receive the bonus Avios that corresponded to the original booking booked, provided the trip is completed.

21. Retrospective or backdated claims for Avios related to bookings made before the Promotion Period or otherwise outside these Terms are not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, bookings made at https://www.britishairways.com before the introduction of this Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion. 

22. If Avios have not been credited within the timeframe set out in clause 16, Eligible Participants must complete the Claim Missing Avios form stating British Airways Holidays as the non-airline partner. Claims must be raised within six (6) months of completion of travel.

23. Relevant airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights forming part of a qualifying package booking.

24. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Airways Holidays related offer.

25. British Airways Holidays accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

26. No cash alternative will be offered for this Promotion.

27. British Airways Holidays and AGL reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

28. British Airways Holidays and AGL reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios earn rates (as permitted by law), without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

29. British Airways Holidays and AGL reserve the right to cancel this Promotion at its discretion at any time, or to modify its terms without prior notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations, as well as any other similar event beyond British Airways Holidays and/or AGL’s reasonable control.

30. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to the Avios Terms and Conditions. Avios have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. 31. Eligible Participants personal data will be processed where necessary by British Airways Holidays, The British Airways Club ("BAC”) and AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the British Airways Holidays' Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and BAC’s Privacy Policy. 

32. British Airways Holidays and AGL reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.

33. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. British Airways Holidays’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. 

34. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways Holidays, BAC and/or AGL (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected.

35. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the promotional materials.

36. The Promotor is British Airways Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 00554278) whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB.

37. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.

38. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on British Airways Holidays, the BAC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited.

39. British Airways Holidays, the BAC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.

• Return fares displayed are the lowest adult return prices in the cabin specified including taxes, fees and carrier charges, based on a 7-day return journey.
• Each–way fares displayed are the lowest adult each-way prices in the cabin specified based on the lowest adult return prices for a 7 day travel period, including all taxes, fees and carrier charges available in this period.
• One-way fares displayed are the lowest adult prices in the cabin specified including taxes, fees and carrier charges available in this period.
• Package holiday prices (flight + hotel and flight + car) shown are in GBP per person based on 2 adults sharing one room or one car and prices include taxes, fees and carrier charges unless otherwise specified. Flight + car prices based on drivers aged 30-70 years.
• Additional charges will be applied for payments made using a corporate credit card.
• Advertised fares are available on ba.com. Additional charges may apply if purchased through British Airways outlets or travel agents.
• Combine and save on Holidays: Guaranteed savings are only available when booking a Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car booking including one land product, it does not apply to a ‘Customise your trip’ holiday including more than one hotel and / or car.
