Accessing your British Airways account
You can log in to your British Airways account using the following:
- Your membership number and your PIN/password
- Your username and password
- Your registered email address and password
Help logging in
If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, you can create a new one using your email address, membership number or username.
Use your membership number to continue if your email address is linked to more than one account (for example, within a household account). We’ll then send you some email instructions.
If you can't remember your membership number or username, and don't have access to the email address you originally joined with, please fill out this webform. Or contact us via WhatsApp.
Click on the link below, enter your username, submit and we will send you an email telling you how to reset your password.
If you lose access to your MFA device, you need to contact us via WhatsApp and request an MFA reset. After the reset, you can register again with a new number or device.
