If you miss your connecting flight at London Heathrow, please go to the British Airways Customer Service desk in the Flight Connections area to rebook.

Being part of the oneworld alliance, we can provide support through the oneworld Global Support teams at key airports. They can help with your journey, such as provide up-to-date travel information, new boarding passes and, if required, overnight accommodation.

At other London airports, please speak to a member of the British Airways Customer Service team.

If you booked your connecting flight separately with another airline, please contact the airline that you booked your flight with.
