Across the world and through the Tiers – with bonus Tier Points

A Qualifying Flight is a single leg of a journey booked under a British Airways (BA) flight number in the promotional period, 30 December 2024 – 14 February 2025, for travel from 1 April 2025. Qualifying Flights can be operated by British Airways or any of our partner airlines as defined in clause 11(b) of the Terms and Conditions (below).

Bonus Tier Points will be awarded based on the cabin you pay for and fly in and in agreement with clause 11(a) of the Terms and Conditions (below).

Qualifying Flights shall not include, (i) Economy Basic fares, (ii) flights booked as part of a holiday package with British Airways Holidays, (iii) Reward Flights, (iv) upgrades using Avios or other promotional upgrades purchased at the airport and (v) for a flight marketed by one of our partner airlines.

You must register between 30 December 2024 and 14 February 2025 by following the “Register now” link provided. Registration must take place before booking in order to qualify. Each Member of the travel party with a membership number must register to earn bonus Tier Points.

A “thank you” message will be displayed to confirm that your registration has been successful.

Bonus Tier Points will be awarded for all Qualifying Flights booked after registering and during the promotional period, and flown from 1 April 2025.

Bonus Tier Points will be awarded on Qualifying Flights only. Any eligible add-ons you purchase as part of your trip will earn Tier Points at the standard rate and are not eligible for any bonus award.

Bonus Tier Points will be awarded based on the cabin you pay for and fly in. If you book a Qualifying Flight during the promotional period and later make changes to your trip, any bonus Tier Points you’re eligible for will be based on your updated ticket. You’ll automatically be awarded your standard and bonus Tier Points 48-72hrs after the completion of each Qualifying Flight. Bonus Tier Points will appear on your membership statement as a separate transaction.

1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a British Airways Plc (“BA”) Executive Club Member. Eligible Participants who join the Executive Club after 30 December 2024 are eligible to register to this promotion. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the Terms and Conditions set out below.

2. Eligible Participants must register for the promotion between 30 December 2024 and 14 February 2025 (Promotional Period), at the splashpage before booking and follow the "Register now" link provided. A "thank you" message will be displayed to confirm that your registration has been successful.

3. Registration must take place before booking in order to qualify.

4. Book all Qualifying Flights (see below for definitions) by 23:59 GMT 14 February 2025 and all travel to be completed after 1 April 2025 (Travel Period).

5. To qualify for the bonus Tier Points, Eligible Participants must quote their Executive Club membership number at the time of booking.

6. This promotion cannot be used retrospectively. This promotion only applies to those who register, book and travel during the Promotion Period and Travel Period.

7. Bonus Tier Points are awarded for all Qualifying Flights, that are flown after registering and booking. Bonus Tier Points will be awarded based on the cabin you fly in.

• Euro Traveller you will earn 50 bonus Tier Points
• Club Europe you will earn 100 bonus Tier Points
• World Traveller you will earn 70 bonus Tier Points
• World Traveller Plus you will earn 140 bonus Tier Points
• Club World you will earn 210 bonus Tier Points
• First you will earn 330 bonus Tier Points

8. A Qualifying Flight is a single leg of a journey (A return trip would be two Qualifying Flights)

9. Qualifying Flights must be booked between 30 December 2024 and 23:59 GMT 14 February 2025 (Promotional Period)

10. Must be travelled after 1 April 2025 (Travel Period)

11. A Qualifying Flight is:

a. Any flight with a BA prefix on any selling class in Euro Traveller, Club Europe, World Traveller, World Traveller Plus, Club World or First on any BA marketed flight (excluding Economy Basic fares, flights booked as part of a holiday package with British Airways Holidays, Reward Flights, upgrades using Avios or other promotional upgrades purchased at the airport or for a flight operated by one of our partner airlines).

b. Any flight marketed by BA, but operated by British Airways, Aer Lingus, Air Nostrum For Iberia, airBaltic, Aitlink, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Bangkok Airways, Cathay Pacific, China Southern Airlines, Emerald Airlines For Aer Lingus, Fiji Airways, Finnair, Iberia, Iberia For Level Spain For Iberia, IndiGo, Japan Airlines, jetBlue, Kenya Airways, LATAM Airlines Group, Loganair, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc or Vueling.

12. Qualifying Flights can be booked as a one way, return, or multi-trip bookings. There is no maximum number of Qualifying Flights that you may book, pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

13. Qualifying Flights are subject to availability and capacity control in the booking classes eligible for this promotion at the time of booking. BA does not accept any liability if Eligible Participants are unable to book a Qualifying Flight for their chosen period of travel.

14. Bonus Tier Point awarding on Qualifying Flights

1. Eligible Participants who complete any Qualifying Flight will be automatically awarded bonus Tier Points 24-48 hours after completion of each Qualifying Flight.
2. The order of booking does not determine the order in which Qualifying Flights are awarded.

15. If booking direct with BA via telephone on 0344 493 0787 or online at ba.com, payment by cheque will not be accepted. Bookings made over the telephone will carry a non-refundable £10 offline booking fee per person per ticket. Calls charged at local rate from landline. Calls from mobiles may vary. Tier Points are not transferable and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. This promotion has no cash value. All Avios and Tier points are issued subject to the Executive Club membership Terms and Conditions.

16. Eligible Participants who change their travel arrangements after the date of booking will not be eligible for any bonus Tier Points unless their revised travel is within the qualifying Travel Period and still meets the Qualifying Flight requirements.

17. All bookings under this promotion will be covered by the fare rules and conditions of the original fare. This includes any applicable refund and change fees. All refunds are subject to the fare rules for the class of ticket booked. Fare rules and conditions appear in your booking details when you access your booking on ba.com through the ‘Manage my booking’ functionality.

18. All Passengers are carried by BA in accordance with its General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and its Notice and Conditions of Contract as stated on each ticket or itinerary as provided.

19. BA reserves the right to cancel this promotion or amend the terms of this promotion without notice in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond the reasonable control of BA.

20. Personal data will be taken where necessary from Eligible Participants but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the promotion and shall be subject to BA's Privacy Policy. This information may be shared with any third parties reasonably involved in the promotion without liability to BA or such third parties.

21. BA is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party website or homepage access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions of this promotion.

22. Subject to the below, this promotion and any other non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it is governed exclusively by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales:

• If you are a resident in the United Kingdom but outside of England and Wales, then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on your residence) also have jurisdiction;
• If you are a resident in a member state of the European Union (EU) other than the United Kingdom, then the courts of that member state also have jurisdiction; and
• If you are a resident of a country which is a signatory to the Rome Convention, your contract is governed in all aspects by English law, but you will have the benefit of any mandatory rules of law applicable in your country of residence.

23. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
