1. Offer can be booked online at ba.com/sale or through a travel agent. If you book through a British Airways call center, you will be charged an additional $25 per ticket for processing. 
2. Sale fares are for new bookings from Canada (Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto) in World Traveller (economy class), World Traveller Plus (premium economy) and Club World (business class) made between September 2 – 18 2025 at 11:59pm EST.   
3. For World Traveller (economy) and World Traveller Plus (premium economy) travel to UK and Europe - Outbound:  September 11, 2025 – December 14, 2025; January 13, 2026 – May 6, 2026.  Inbound: September 14, 2025 – June 10, 2026. 
4. For Business class travel from Canada to UK, and Europe – Travel outbound September 11, 2025 – June 5, 2026; Inbound September 14, 2025 – June 10, 2026 
5. A 7-day advance purchase and a Saturday night stay applies to World Traveller (economy), World Traveller Plus (premium economy) and business class fares. 
6. Travel beyond London to European cities only on British Airways, British Airways codeshare services operated by American Airlines, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Finnair.Travel beyond London on British Airways requires you to transfer in LHR or LGW.   
7. World Traveller (economy class), World Traveller Plus (premium economy) and Club World (business class) sale fares from the Canada are available for travel from select departure cities to additional destinations at varying prices. 
8. Lowest World Traveller (economy class) and World Traveller Plus (premium economy) prices are for weekday travel. From Canada to the UK or Europe, weekday consists of travel Monday Tuesday, Wednesday.  
9. For weekend travel to UK and Europe, in World Traveller (economy) or World Traveller Plus (premium economy) a surcharge of $100 applies round-trip.   
10. Refunds from previously purchased higher fare types not permitted. 
11. All operated promotional flights in World Traveller, World Traveller Plus and Club World are non-refundable. 
12. Use of issued voucher - if you are holding a voucher from a previous cancelled trip, the voucher can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. An eVoucher is valid until the expiry date shown and cannot be renewed or exchanged for cash. 
13. Prices may vary based on the dates selected for outbound and inbound flights as part of a return journey. 
14. British Airways Club members can earn Avios points per the terms and conditions of the Club. 
15. Infant discounts (under 2 years of age) may apply if no seat is required. No children discount for children over 2 years of age. 
16. Open to Canadian residents paying in Canadian dollars only, with travel originating in Canada (Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver). Promotional travel must be booked, ticketed, started and finished in Canada. 
17. Individual travel dates are subject to availability. Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control, and availability may be limited over peak periods. The number of seats available on each flight at a particular fare may be restricted and it is possible that seats allocated to a particular fare on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin. 
18. The promotion is for flights operated by British Airways except where shown, to be operated by American Airlines, Aer Lingus, Iberia or Finnair. The promotion does not apply to travel on any other BA franchisee or alliance airline, or any flight operated by a codeshare partner. 
19. Promotion does not apply to group bookings (10 or more passengers in one booking). 
20. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or deal, including but not limited to: (i) redemption bookings; (ii) travel agent or industry discount fares (including but not limited to agency, industry and employee discounts), inclusive holidays, group discount fares, children/infant fares, or senior citizen fares, whether or not booked in the qualifying classes; (iii) bookings made with vouchers (e.g. shareholder’s discount vouchers); or (iv) upgrades. 
21. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall prevail if there is any conflict between these and the promotional materials. 
22. All travel on BA flights is subject to BA's General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket and itinerary. Travel on services operated by American Airlines, Iberia or Finnair or any other partner carriers are subject to the conditions of carriage of the relevant carrier. 
23. British Airways is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites of these terms and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with this promotion.

1. Vacations from all British Airways Canadian gateways are on sale for flight + hotel, flight + Avis car rental vacation packages. 
2. Vacation sale offers can be booked online at ba.com from 2 September 2025 and 23:59 EST 18 September 2025.
3. Vacation sale offers are valid for travel between 2 September 2025 and 30 June 2026. All travel must be completed by 30 June 2026. 
4. Vacation sale lead-in prices include all airline-related taxes, fees, and carrier charges.
5. Flight and hotel package lead-in prices are based on 2 adults travelling on the same itinerary, round trip in economy class, pricing per adult person, based on 5 nights for double occupancy accommodation.
6. Flight and car rental package lead-in prices are based on 2 adults travelling on the same itinerary, round trip in economy class, pricing per adult person, based on 7 days Avis or Budget car rental in a ‘Group A Economy Manual’ car. Prices are based on drivers aged 30-70 years. (Automatic car rental available at higher prices). 
7. Car rental prices do not include fees charged locally such as airport charges, additional driver, insurance, navigation aids and similar options.
8. All prices are liable to change at any time and are subject to flight, hotel and car rental availability. Availability is strictly limited.
9. Offers are valid for new bookings only, made during the promotional period. Valid only when combined with British operated flights or BA code share flights departing from Canada.
10. Prices are based on travel during dates and board basis stated.
11. Limited availability of flights at these prices. Individual travel dates are subject to availability. Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control, and availability may be limited over holidays and peak periods. 12. Deposits can only be paid for bookings created as flight + hotel or flight + car packages. All flight only, hotel, car and experience only bookings, and any hotel, car or experiences added to a flight only booking are excluded from this offer. The following deposit levels apply based on the total spend per booking:
    I. Flight + hotel and flight + car holidays between $1000-$1999 - pay from $299 deposit per booking
    II. Flight + hotel and flight + car holidays between $2000-$2499 - pay from $350 deposit per booking
    III. Flight + hotel and flight + car holidays between $2500-$2999 - pay from $400 deposit per booking
13. The deposit balance will be due 28 days prior to your departure date.  The actual payment date will be displayed on the payment details page. You can pay the balance in as many instalments as you want. This allows you to spread the cost of the vacation over a longer period. You will have full flexibility of when you make the payments and how much they are, the only requirement is that you must have paid the full balance by the balance due date.

5. Normal booking conditions, including amendment and cancellation charges, of a hotel purchase apply.
6. Hotels are subject to availability and may be subject to close outs as stated under each hotel.
7. Other significant restrictions may apply.
8. When booking the promoted offer hotels as a flight + hotel package during the promotional period, the hotel offers are in addition to any package savings.
9. British Airways Club Bonus Avios can be earned when purchasing a promoted offer hotel package on British Airways products at standard rates only.
