How do I receive my Passport to Monte Carlo?  

If you are booking more than 7 days* before your departure date, you will receive documents in the post from BA Holidays containing your Passport to Monte Carlo coupons.  Please ensure you take this pack on your trip as these coupons cannot be reprinted. 

*If you are booking less than 7 days before your departure date, you will need to collect your Passport to Monaco pack from the Monaco Tourist Office located: 2a, Boulevard des Moulins, MC98 030 Monaco. Opening hours:  Mon – Sat, 9am – 7pm.  Bank Holidays 11am – 1pm.  Closed every Sunday and on 1st January, 1st May, 19th November &  25 December.  In this instance you will need to present a copy of your hotel voucher so please remember to print two copies before you travel.

If due to weather conditions or technical issues your helicopter transfer cannot be provided, Monacair will provide a private mini-van transfer instead. 

Due to helicopter flying restrictions after dusk if your flight arrives after 6pm you will not qualify for this part of the offer.  No refunds available.   

Coupons cannot be transferred and are only valid for the duration of your trip.
