To be eligible for this Offer, individuals must be at least 18 years old and be the Lead Guest or a named guest on a qualifying booking made directly with Royal Caribbean International (“RCI”) through our Call Centre or on our website in the UK, Ireland, or Spain (“Eligible Participant”). Bookings made through a Travel Agency or Tour Operator do not qualify for this Offer.

By applying for this Offer, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable terms and conditions of the participating Airline Loyalty Programme (“ALP”) published on the relevant Airline’s website.  

Only one individual Eligible Participant who is a member of a participating ALP at the time of booking is permitted to avail of the RCI Offer. 

RCI shall make only one Avios award to an ALP account, and retrospective or backdated claims for Avios related to this Offer are not permitted. Any later adjustments to the cruise fare on a confirmed qualifying cruise booking shall be eligible for Avios.

Eligible Participants must be current members of any the following ALPs: The British Airways Club, Iberia Club, AerClub or Vueling Club members only, regardless of membership level.

RCI will award an Eligible Participant three (3) Avios for every £1 spent on the RCI cruise fare (including taxes and fees) for sailings made in a Balcony or Deluxe stateroom category. Bookings for an Interior or Oceanview stateroom will not be eligible to collect Avios.

Avios will only be awarded if the Eligible Participant completes the booked cruise holiday. Any bookings that are cancelled for any reason will not be eligible for an award of Avios, and any award already made (if any) may be rescinded.

Avios will be awarded based on the total cruise fare of a qualifying RCI cruise-only booking including taxes and fees. All other charges, e.g. flights, hotels, transfers, gratuities, or on-board purchases such as Drinks Packages, Shore Excursions and Casino do not qualify for Avios.

This promotion is combinable with other offers including RCI Crown and Anchor discounts. It is not combinable with groups, travel agent rates, net rates, interline rates, casino promotions, Tesco discounts, military, seniors or health service savings. It is not available to any group rates or for bookings transferred to a group environment.

To qualify for the Avios offer, booking must be made in a qualifying stateroom type

To qualify for the Avios Offer, Lead guests must enter the Eligible Participant’s correct ALP membership details on the RCI booking page. ALP member details cannot be added to an existing booking or at any stage after the initial RCI booking has been made.

Avios available or awarded to an Eligible Participant in relation to this Offer are non-transferrable to other ALP member accounts.

Prior bookings that wish to avail of the RCI Avios Award Offer must cancel their existing booking and create a new booking subject to payment of the prevailing cancellation charges.

Avios have no cash value and are non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, casino credit, or on-board credit. 

RCI will award Avios to an Eligible Participant’s ALP account within 28 days after completion of the applicable cruise.

The Maximum number of Avios that can be awarded by RCI to an Eligible Person for a single cruise booking is 100,000 Avios.

All bookings subject to booking conditions available at www.royalcaribbean.co.uk which contains important information including, but not limited to, cancellation charges, applicable passport and visa requirements, guest conduct policy and specific advice relating to minors, and information for guests who are pregnant and those that may have medical conditions.

Avios are awarded by RCI and redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions of Avios Group (AGL) Ltd, and British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling. For full details of the relevant ALP, please visit the airline’s website.

AGL, RCI and the ALP airline reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Offer if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

AGL and RCI reserve the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios award amounts, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

By taking part in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to their personal data they supply being used by AGL, RCI and the ALP airline and or their agents or subcontractors for the sole purpose of administering this Avios Offer.

Insofar as is permitted by law, RCI, AGL and an ALP airline will not (and nor will our agents or distributors), in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, accept any liability to and Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.

RCI or AGL promotional materials may form part of these Terms and Conditions.

RCI, AGL and/or the participating ALP airline do not assume any responsibility for any typographical, technical, or other error in these Terms and Conditions, related documents, or the administration of the Offer.

RCI, AGL and the participating airlines joint or individual decision regarding any aspect of the Offer or an award of Avios is final and binding, and RCI will not enter correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) regarding any such matter.

This Offer shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

1. Collection rates are 5 Avios per £1. If the pass is not paid in pounds sterling, then the currency will be changed to pounds sterling at the Lounge Pass exchange rate applicable on the date of booking.
2. During booking customers must enter their British Airways Club membership number at the payment stage to collect Avios. The surname ofthe Club member must match the surname on the Lounge Pass reservation.
