Terms and conditions
  1. Offer can be booked online at ba.com or through a travel agent. If you book through a British Airways call center, you will be charged an additional $25 per ticket for processing. 
  2. This promotion applies to round-trip Club World business class cabin between New York (JFK or Newark), Boston, Cincinnati, Denver, Houston Nashville, Seattle and Baltimore/Washington DC  and select destinations throughout the UK and Europe only.  
  3. Sale fares are for new bookings made between February 19 and March 5, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. 
  4. Travel between US and UK and Europe: outbound from Nashville May 12 – June 6 or Jul 2 – August 20, returning May 12 – August 20, from Boston June 7 – August 23, returning Jun 7 – August 30, from Denver May 12 – June 6 or July 2 – August 20, returning May 12 to August 20, from Houston May 25 – August 25, returning May 25 – August 25, from New York (JFK/Newark) June 29 – August 25, returning July 20 – August 30, from Seattle June 9 – July 9, returning June 16 – July 30, from Baltimore/Washington DC May 23 – June 9 or June 29 – August 25, returningMay 23 – August 30,  from Cincinnati April 1 – August 30, returning April 1 – August 30, 2026.   
  5. Sale fares do not include travel between:

  6. A Saturday night stay is required
  7. Lowest business class price is for weekday travel, outbound travel Tuesday and Wednesday, with return on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. For weekend travel a surcharge of $250 applies in each direction.   
  8. Refunds from previously purchased higher fare types are not permitted. All operated promotional flights are non-refundable. 
  9. Use of issued voucher - if you are holding a voucher from a previous cancelled trip, the voucher can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. An eVoucher is valid until the expiry date shown and cannot be renewed or exchanged for cash. 
  10. Prices may vary based on the dates selected for outbound and inbound flights as part of a return journey. 
  11. Club members can earn Avios points per the terms and conditions of The Club. 
  12. Infant discounts (under 2 years of age) may apply if no seat is required. No children discount for children over 2 years of age. 
  13. Open to US residents paying in US dollars only, with travel originating in New York (JFK or Newark), Boston, Cincinnati, Denver, Houston, Nashville, Seattle or Baltimore/Washington DC   
  14. Promotional travel must be booked, ticketed, started and finished in the U.S. 
  15. Travel beyond London to select European cities only on British Airways, British Airways codeshare services operated by American Airlines, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Finnair. Travel beyond London on British Airways requires you to transfer in London.   
  16. Individual travel dates are subject to availability. Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control, and availability may be limited over peak periods. The number of seats available on each flight at a particular fare may be restricted and it is possible that seats allocated to a particular fare on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin. 
  17. The promotion is for flights operated by British Airways except where shown, to be operated by American Airlines, Aer Lingus Iberia or Finnair. The promotion does not apply to travel on any other BA franchisee or alliance airline, or any flight operated by a codeshare partner. 
  18. Promotion does not apply to group bookings (10 or more passengers in one booking). 
  19. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or deal, including but not limited to: (i) redemption bookings; (ii) travel agent or industry discount fares (including but not limited to agency, industry and employee discounts), inclusive holidays, group discount fares, children/infant fares, or senior citizen fares, whether or not booked in the qualifying classes; (iii) bookings made with vouchers (e.g. shareholder’s discount vouchers); or (iv) upgrades. 
  20. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall prevail if there is any conflict between these and the promotional materials. 
  21. All travel on BA flights is subject to BA's General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket and itinerary. Travel on services operated by American Airlines, Iberia or Finnair or any other partner carriers are subject to the conditions of carriage of the relevant carrier. 
  22. British Airways is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites of these terms and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with this promotion.

  7. Business class flight + hotel package lead-in prices are based on 2 adults travelling on the same itinerary, round trip. Pricing per adult person, based on double occupancy accommodation. 
  8. Business class flight + car package lead-in prices are based on 2 adults travelling on the same itinerary, round trip. Pricing per adult person, based on 7 days Avis or Budget car rental, as stated, in a ‘Group A Economy Manual’ car. Prices are based on drivers aged 30-70 years. (Automatic car rental available at higher prices). 
  9. Car rental prices do not include fees charged locally such as airport charges, additional driver, insurance, navigation aids and similar options. 
  10. Lowest Club World (business class) prices are for weekday travel. From the US to the UK or Europe, weekday consists of outbound travel Tuesday and Wednesday, with return on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.   
  11. All prices are liable to change at any time and are subject to flight, hotel and car rental availability. Availability is strictly limited. 
  12. Limited availability of flights at these prices. Individual travel dates are subject to availability.
