With just 32 spacious seats across eight rows, our Club World London City cabin provides the highest levels of comfort and flexibility, whether you are working, eating, relaxing or sleeping.

Stay connected on board
Access email, text messages and light internet web browsing on your mobile phone during the flight with our OnAir connectivity service, exclusive to Club World London City.
The service is available from about ten minutes into the flight (phones must be switched off as usual for take-off and landing). You'll require an international roaming agreement with your mobile network provider and you will be billed through your normal network plan.
As a courtesy to other passengers, voice calls and Voice Over IP services such as Skype and FaceTime are unavailable.
Please note: Internet speed is comparable to GPRS.

Your Club World amenity kit includes products from The White Company’s Restore & Relax Spa collections. Specially selected to help counteract the effects of long haul air travel, each item is designed to provide a relaxing boost whenever you need it during your flight.
Gourmet dining
We have worked closely with our caterers to make changes to our onboard service. Our new food service requires less interaction with our cabin crew, greatly reducing physical contact.
A world of calm and tranquillity
On flights departing from New York you can relax and recharge your batteries in a lounge stocked with fine wines and drinks, refreshments, newspapers and magazines. We also provide free Wi-Fi and a range of business facilities for when you need to work.
You're also free to indulge in a luxury facial treatment or relaxing massage from acclaimed British spa and skincare brand Elemis.
On departures from London City, relax and enjoy a complimentary meal with champagne in Pilots restaurant, where an area is reserved for Club World London City customers.
Relax day and night
You can now enjoy a better night’s sleep with our stylish new bedding designed by The White Company, the luxury British lifestyle brand.
Snuggle up in your super-soft woven blanket with a delicate satin trim, or sleep soundly beneath your specially developed duvet. A padded mattress cover provides a wonderful extra layer of comfort for a blissful sleep at 35,000 feet.
The luxuriously soft and supremely comfortable pillow is generously sized and comes in a white cotton pillowcase, designed to help you relax by day and provide the perfect place to rest your head by night. Simply slip on your new jersey eye mask and drift away.
Last minute? No problem
We know how valuable your time is, so you can check in for the flight to JFK up to 20 minutes before departure.
A hop across the pond
On our way to New York we make a brief stop to refuel at Shannon, Ireland. You’ll be able to pass through US Customs and Immigration at the same time, meaning we can land in the United States as a domestic flight and you can bypass New York passport control.
More bags than you can carry
With Club World London City you can travel as light - or as heavy - as you like, thanks to our ample baggage allowance which includes one cabin bag plus a laptop or handbag on board and up to two bags in the hold.
Your dedicated support team
We believe in making business travel as stress free as possible. That's why we offer the City Business Team, a helpdesk service with a dedicated phone number for Club World London City customers to help with any travel query, from the moment you book until you return home. You can even nominate someone else to manage the booking on your behalf.
