- If you paid a deposit on your new British Airways Holidays booking, we will credit your voucher against the outstanding balance and reduce the amount left to pay
- If you have paid for your British Airways Holidays booking in full, or if your voucher covered the remaining balance plus some or part of the deposit paid, we will issue a refund to the card you used to pay for the new booking
