You will not receive a confirmation email for your form submission, please print this page (as a PDF) or screengrab for reference.
If your request meets our eligibility criteria, you can consider your booking as cancelled and can disregard any further communications related to your holiday from us (e.g. check in messages/deposit reminders). If it doesn't, (e.g. the notice periods required have not been met, your holiday can still be fulfilled under the latest Government/destination advice etc.) we'll email you within 7 days.
For refunds - please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be returned to your original form of payment, you will receive an email confirmation once processed.
