Flights from Muscat on 5, 6 and 7 March are now fully booked. We will continue to review the situation and if we are able to, we will add additional services.

We remain unable to operate flights from Abu Dhabi, Amman, Bahrain, Doha, Dubai and Tel Aviv.  

The UK Government advice has now been updated to note that: “commercial options are available to depart the region, and if your presence in the UAE is not essential, you may wish to consider departing, if you judge you can access these options safely”.  

We have scheduled further flights from Oman (Muscat) to London Heathrow departing on 6 and 7 March. Flights are for our customers with an existing booking who are in Oman or the UAE. If you wish to travel on one of these flights, please contact us via our dedicated phone line on +44 203 467 3854. Our teams will also be getting in touch with our customers directly via email. 

We are constantly reviewing the situation and will continue to do everything we can to support our customers and colleagues in the region and remain in regular contact with them.  

Please continue to follow the latest safety advice from local authorities and the UK Foreign Office. Please do not travel to the airport unless you have a confirmed booking.

Estamos siguiendo atentamente la situación y hemos cancelado varios vuelos a Oriente Medio. La seguridad es siempre nuestra máxima prioridad y nunca operaríamos un vuelo a menos que fuera seguro hacerlo.

Si tiene previsto volar entre London Heathrow y Abu Dabi, Amán, Bahréin, Doha, Dubái o Tel Aviv entre hoy y el 15 de marzo inclusive, puede cambiar la fecha de su vuelo sin coste alguno para viajar a partir del 29 de marzo. 

Customers travelling up to and including 15 March may also request a full refund in Manage My Booking.

If you are travelling between London and Larnaca up to and including  15 March, you can change your flight date free of charge to travel on or before 29 March.

Customers booked to travel to these destinations up to and including 15 March can change their booking to a different route and travel until 29 March. There’s no change fee, but a fare difference will apply.
