As a member of The British Airways Club, you can collect one Avios for every £1 or €1* you spend with The Bicester Collection. Just present your Club membership card (or proof of membership) and shopping receipts at the Village Welcome Centre or Concierge Services on the day of your visit to collect your Avios.

1. To be eligible for this offer, customers must be at least 18 years old and be a member of British Airways Club (“BAC”) (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”). Eligible Participants must link their credit or debit card to their British Airways Club account.

2. Eligible Participants who spend £250 or over in participating boutiques will accrue a Triple Avios bonus on purchases from 1 July 2025 0:01 BST to 31st August 2025 23:59 BST.

3. To qualify for the Avios bonus award the Eligible Participant must have completed a single purchase valued at £250 or more during the stated promotional period.

4. The bonus award is as stated and no cash or other alternative will be offered.

9. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all customers involved but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the bonus awards.

10. Avios Group Ltd (AGL) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or terminate any bonus awarded to any individual it finds to be tampering with the award process or the operation of the partnership or the operation of the event, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any promotion related to the event. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the bonus campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, British Airways reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. British Airways’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, Avios Group Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. British Airways’ total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with an entry for the bonus award by an Eligible members shall be limited to the value of the awards made to the Eligible Participant. Avios Group Ltd (AGL) and its affiliates shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in relation to the bonus award for any special, indirect or consequential losses incurred by an Eligible member. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit British Airways’ or its affiliates’ liability for death or personal injury resulting from Avios Group Ltd (AGL) or its affiliates’ negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be excluded or limited by law.

13. These Terms and Conditions apply to every Eligible member entering the campaign with no exceptions.

14. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

15. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.

16. This campaign is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This offer is open to users that are 18 or over, and who have an active British Airways Club account and a valid Uber account. In order to participate in this offer and collect 250 bonus Avios, customers must: 1) successfully linked their British Airways Club and Uber accounts, 2) complete a 1 return trip ( in to and from Bicester Village from any starting location between 1^st July 00:01 BST to 31^st August 2025 23:59 BST. Only one Uber account can be linked to one British Airways Club account and the account holder for each account must be the same individual. This offer is non-transferable.
