In a lakefront setting on Orlando’s sought-after International Drive, Ramada Plaza Resort and Suites International Drive is a great value base for exploring the city’s numerous attractions. A modest main pool, park shuttle and Club Level Suites make your stay extra comfortable.
Opposite Sandy Lake, the resort is one and a half miles from Universal Studios Florida and around seven miles from Walt Disney World Resort – a resort shuttle operates to both. Within a short stroll of the resort on International Drive, you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions, including ICON Park. Orlando International Airport is 15 miles west of the resort.
Accommodation is split into two towers. In the South Tower, Deluxe rooms are connected by exterior corridors, and feature a smart TV, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. They overlook the lake front and Universal’s Volcano Bay and Universal Orlando Resort. In the North Tower, Superior Suites are connected by internal corridors and feature separate bedrooms and living areas, as well as kitchenettes with granite counters, a sink, twin burner stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and two HD TVs. You can also request a ‘kitchen essential pack’ (subject to availability). Two bedroom options are ideal for larger families or groups, or you can opt for a higher floor for views of International Drive. North Tower Suite guests also receive a complimentary drink upon arrival.
Make your stay extra special by upgrading to a Club Level Suite, which feature bathrobes, complimentary bottles of water (every 3rd day) and exclusive access to the rooftop Oasis Sky Bar, where you can enjoy the Swim ‘N Place heated pool, hot tub, complimentary branded beer, wine and soda, as well as appetisers, at select times.

Dining information
A complimentary light grab and go continental breakfast is served in the Ground Floor Cafe. It includes cereals, waffles, toast, fruit baked goods, eggs and make your own pancakes. It’s worth noting the breakfast area can get busy, so allow yourself enough time before hopping on a park shuttle. On International Drive, you’re spoilt for choice with additional dining options.
You'll also find a lobby bar on the ground floor, an on-site convenience shop and vending machines.
Additional information
Only Club Level rooms have access to the Rooftop SkyBar, which includes the fitness centre, sun deck, pool/hot tub and complimentary drinks and snacks at selected times throughout the day.
In addition, a schedule shuttle bus runs to Universal Studios and Disney World.
Please be aware that housekeeping of the rooms is not carried out daily. On arrival, a cleaning schedule will be shared to show the relevant times when your room will be serviced.
