You can download our timetable to your PC or PDA so that you have it to hand when you're not online.
The file includes all our flight schedules which are valid for a period of 12 months. You can download updates of the schedules on the 17th of each month.
When you download for the first time:
As a member of the oneworld alliance, British Airways along with American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN, Malév, Qantas and Royal Jordanian, can offer you a network of over 600 destinations.
The PC, PocketPC and Palm versions of the timetable are available on the oneworld website
You may prefer to have a traditional timetable which you can print off and have to hand. We have this handy PDF document for just that purpose

These applications are compatible with devices running Pocket PC and Pocket PC 2002. To determine which processor type your Pocket PC has, please do the following on your Pocket PC device:
1. Tap the Start button.
2. Tap Settings on the System tab.
3. Tap About.
4. The processor type is displayed near the centre of the screen.
Installation instructions for Pocket PC users
1. Run application from current location.
2. Follow on screen instructions.
3. When asked, choose to install "BA Timetables".
4. Always accept the default install directory.
We recommend that you also download and install the VBRegFix utility. It will protect BA Timetables and other Visual Basic applications from a bug in Microsoft's uninstall programme.
Note for PocketPC 2003 devices With the release of Microsoft's new operating system for mobile devices, you may find that there are certain support files that you need to download for your device.
Note:
1. Use the link above, use the "open" option, and follow the instructions to install the timetable to your Palm device.
2. The installation will automatically download all 4 files.
3. Press the "Hotsync" button to move the program/data files to your Palm device.

Our timetable is downloadable to your Palm PoweredTM handheld device.
1. Use the link above, use the "open" option, and follow the instructions to install the timetable to Mac.
2. The sit file you download is like a zip file and it will contain a directory called Mac.
3. In the Mac directory you will find four files, download all 4 files to your Mac.
4. Use the Palm Desktop program to select the files for installation on the Palm Powered handheld device.
5. Click HotSync® in your menubar and select Install Handheld files. Move the britair.prc and britair.pdb files to the install window.
6. Perform a HotSync to install the files to your Palm.
You may now use the British Airways electronic timetable on your handheld device by tapping the British Airways icon.
