Where possible all refund requests should be directed to the ticket issuer.
If you purchased your ticket on ba.com or over the phone with British Airways, you may be able to apply for a refund through Manage My Booking on ba.com.
In some cases you may not be able to refund your ticket on ba.com or through your original ticket issuer, so please contact us.
If you have been affected by a flight cancellation you may be entitled to compensation under EU legislation.
