Work practices - safety and security

The protection and well being of our customers and staff is our highest priority.

 

Our safety measures

We recognise the need to ensure that best practices in safety are developed across the industry.

We work closely with our partners (wholly owned subsidiaries, franchises, oneworld alliance partners and IATA) and are actively engaged in a variety of safety groups e.g. IATA Safety Group, oneworld Safety Group, and the Association of European Airlines to provide data, information and operational experience to influence the wider industry improvements.

We work closely with governments and other authorities from around the world to monitor and implement the security measures we have in place.

Our policy is to remain fully compliant with all regulatory requirements so we take our commitment to delivering a safe and secure operation very seriously indeed. We do not fly to a location unless we feel it was safe and secure to do so.
