Spread across the resort, there are eight pools – four outdoors including one for Deluxe Collection guests, three kids' pools and an indoor gym pool. Each offers cushioned loungers and umbrellas, as well as a food and drink service – so you won’t need to lift a finger. The children's pools are gently heated and there's a fun splash pad.

If you're looking to keep active, there’s a smattering of activities. Up your cardio in the gym, challenge your travel companion to tennis or Padel ball, or boost your beachside experience with water sports. There’s also a five-a-side football pitch, beach volleyball, aerobics , bikes, yoga, Pilates and stretching. You can also take part in authentic local experiences, including Greek coffee workshops, olive oil tastings, pizza making, live Teppanyaki and sunset trips to Falasarna Beach – just note these will be subject to schedule and pre-booking is required.
Pushchairs, baby equipment, children’s menus and a playground make family holidays a breeze. Parents can even sign up for 30-minutes of complimentary beach or poolside childcare – allowing you to enjoy a peaceful dip, or a speedy tipple at the bar. Little ones will have a blast in the kids’ club for 4- to 12-year-olds and the teen club for over 12s, while the Kids Theatre hosts a variety of activities and entertainment. There’s also a creche for children aged 6 months to 4 years and a babysitting service for an extra charge. Additionally, if you’d like to dine child-free, the Heroes Supper Club offers childcare for 4- to 12-year-olds from 19:00 to 22:00 for an additional charge.
Dining information
Dining is an unforgettable part of the Ikos experience, with high-quality buffets and a la carte menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs. Each restaurant offers children’s menus and vegan options, as well as a 100-strong wine list – lovingly designed by the Ikos sommelier.
The Market offers breezy buffets, with live cooking stations and high-quality spreads for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a refined ambience, Fresco plates up Italian fare, while Azul creates rich servings of Peruvian-inspired cuisine. Breakfast at Azul is exclusively for Deluxe Collection guests, and dinner is open for all, but reservations are required. Anaya’s a la carte creations also capture the essence of Asia with flavourful curries, fresh noodles and dim sum. Other dining options include Mediterranean dishes at the Beach Club and authentic Cretan recipes at Kriti.
La Plage is the French a la carte restaurant by the sea, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. All are welcome to indulge in their refined dishes, however reservations are required. Please note that this restaurant closes between mealtimes.
You’ll also have a great choice of bars including a laid-back lobby bar, a pool bar, a beach bar and a dedicated Deluxe Collection bar. Each serves unique cocktails, international beers and unforgettable wines.
