The chef’s passion for food radiates through his innovative use of the freshest, local produce – complete with stunning views of Es Vedra as the backdrop to your meal. This eatery is open from Wednesday to Sunday in the evenings till late. Pershing Yacht Terrace is the dreamiest destination this side of Ibiza.
