Gueliz Restaurant is the hotel’s main restaurant serving a lavish buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Café Maroc serves up everything from delicious full-English breakfasts and fresh pancakes to indulgent light lunches. There's also a menu of coffee, smoothies and cocktails on offer here. For dinner there are several themed restaurants offering a choice of cuisine, with everything from Asian and Mediterranean, to Moroccan and local dishes.

Tagine Restaurant is a Morrocan and Arabic buffet restaurant. Saboroso, serves a fine selection of Latin-American cuisine, buffet-style. Head to Yushan Restaurant for Chinese and other Asian-style fare (open seasonally). The buffet here includes dishes like crispy duck and Thai red curry. Salia has an Italian all-inclusive sharing set menu, or there is an a la carte menu at an additional charge, featuring homemade pizza and pasta. For stunning sea views, Rivaj Restaurant has a menu of Indian sharing-style specialities (open seasonally). Taza Skybar (16+) serves handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits and breathtaking views of St. Paul's Bay. Or for a more intimate ambiance, head to Kosy Bar. Unwind here with a drink or two and take in the evenings entertainment.

Restaurants are available to non-guests and can get busy, especially at weekends, so reservations are required, excluding the main buffet restaurant. Seasonal restaurants are subject to change and are open weather permitting.
