The hotel’s three swimming pools include a fabulous freeform pool with beach views, a separate kids’ wading pool and an adult-only pool for those staying in Preferred Club Suites. There’s also a separate kids’ splash park at the Explorer’s Club and a water park with three towering water slides. While the children are entertained, you can peacefully recline on a poolside sunbed or beneath a palapa-style parasol on the beach, taking advantage of the attentive waiter service.

Spanning over 180 m2, The Dreams Spa houses steam baths, saunas, a relaxation lounge and a beauty salon. The spa menu offers a range of therapeutic treatments and special wellness packages.

If you’re feeling energetic, complimentary non-motorised water sports are available on the beach, including kayaking, sailing and snorkelling. Other sports include volleyball, tennis, aqua aerobics and yoga. During your stay, you can also hit the on-site gym, or practice your putt and enjoy a round on the nearby El Camaleon Mayakoba Golf Course.

Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old can spend time at the supervised Explorer’s Club, enjoying art activities, playground games, sandcastle competitions, Euro-Bungee, movies on the beach and more. In the evenings, children are invited to buffet dinners at the club, giving parents some alone time. Afterwards, families can convene for live evening entertainment around the resort.

A selection of a la carte dining options awaits you, with no reservations required. You can also enjoy international favourites at the buffet-style restaurant, World Café, or head to Coco Café for coffee, sandwiches and sweet treats, or late-night snacks. For casual dining, you can’t beat the Barefoot Grill, which serves barbequed fare and salads during the day.

Delicious Italian dishes are on the menu at Portofino, while El Patio serves authentic Mexican cuisine. You can also dine on sushi and teppanyaki in Himitsu, or order French specialties at the romantic adult-only restaurant, Bordeaux. There’s also the option to enjoy delicious meals in the privacy of your suite.

Stay refreshed at the swim-up pool bar or beach bar and enjoy evening aperitifs at the sophisticated lobby bar. The Reef pool bar is exclusively for Preferred Club guests.

Visit one of the nearby sister resorts for an evening of drinking, dining and entertainment with the 'Sip, Savor & See' programme. This includes a choice of Now, Dreams and Sunscape Resorts & Spas in the same destination. Transport costs are not included, and special restrictions may apply during festive holidays.

Most dining venues have a ‘casual elegant’ dress code. This means that men should wear full-length trousers and sleeved shirts. Sandals and trainers are permitted, but you should avoid wearing flip-flops. At the adult-only restaurant, Paramour, you should wear formal attire. Men must wear full-length trousers, collared shirts and dress shoes. Women can choose to wear blouses, skirts, trousers or dresses, with dress shoes.
