The lively centre of Cancun is around 57 miles away while Cancun International Airport lies around 49 miles away.
The resort is made up of four hotels which fully share facilities. You’ll find your room located in either the Beach, Caribe, Colonial or Tropical buildings. Please note the decor differs between each building and you’ll be allocated on arrival. With a Junior Suite or Ocean Front Premium you’ll be in either the Colonial or Tropical hotel. Upgrade to a premium room for added benefits and amenities. Enjoy private check-in and check-out, rooms with views, exclusive spa discounts and access to the Premium Level Lounge. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy in the shopping centre or unwind with a pampering treatment at U-Spa. The resort is set on its own coral reef, so water sports are popular and plentiful, with snorkelling, kayaking and windsurfing offered. Evening entertainment includes nightlife at the Jaguar's nightclub or live shows at the Kukulcan Theatre and Palenque Theatre.
Families are well catered for, with a range of sports and activities during the day including a play area, children’s club for ages 4 to 12 and day sports such as tennis, basketball and more. There’s a splash pool for little ones as well as a water park-style pool with slides.

Throughout the day you can grab nibbles and refreshments from the snack bars and there’s numerous bars across the resort including a 24-hour sports bar, a lobby bar, a swim-up bar, a pool bar and more.
