Small plates and nutritious light bites are also available – keeping you refreshed all day.

After golden hour, the signature Maitr & Margarita Rooftop Bar & Restaurant offers timeless Cycladic flavours reimagined with a creative touch. Seasonal fish takes centre stage, thoughtfully paired with ingredients sourced close to home. This fine dining spot sits atop the resort, where you can take in the rooftop views and savour stunning flavours paired with a refined selection of local wines. Celebrating seasonal inspiration, the menu is all about soulful, honest flavour. The wine list showcases standout Greek and Santorini selections, with biodynamic bottles from small, passionate winemakers. For a more private dining experience you can opt for room service. A full menu is available morning until night, with an additional overnight menu in the early hours.

From 2026, enjoy the complimentary heating of your private pool and the resort's main outdoor pool from 27 March to 30 April, and from 1 Oct to 1 November. Under current regulations, pools can be heated to a maximum temperature of 26 degrees. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the periods within which complimentary pool heating is provided due to weather conditions or other unforeseen variables.
