This restaurant serves breakfast daily from 06:30 to 10:30, lunch daily from 11:30 to 14:00, dinner from Thursday to Monday from 18:00 to 21:00 and a speciality jazz brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 to 14:00. You’ll find a huge range of dishes on offer here. Start the day with Louisiana-style pancakes, waffles, fried chicken and biscuits for breakfast and brunch. Enjoy gourmet fish, meat and poultry dishes, alongside soups, salads and sides for lunch. Then pick from a refined menu of unique and indulgent dishes, including lobster mac and cheese, tenderloin steak, seafood and tantalising desserts for dinner.

You can also book Le Petit Chef here, an immersive dinner show that runs from Thursday to Monday at 17:30 and 20:00. During this guided dining experience, you’ll indulge in a specialty five course set menu of New Orleans’ finest cuisine, including poached lobster in a truffle herb sauce, Wagyu beef tenderloin steak and more.

There are also two bars at the hotel, one of which being the famous Carousel Bar & Lounge. Open daily from 11:00 to 00:00, this bar serves light bites, sharing plates, caviar dishes and gourmet entrees – alongside an extensive list of cocktails, beers, wines and live entertainment every Wednesday to Saturday. The opulent artwork and architecture mimic the appearance of a carousel, creating a lively, eccentric atmosphere that’s enhanced by rotating seats around the bar.
