Across Atlantis Paradise Island, you’ll have access to an impressive collection of facilities, including five miles of white sand beaches and more than 20 swimming areas.

Aquaventure, the resort's 141-acre waterscape, is set in a lush, tropical environment and offers Atlantean-themed towers, a kids’ water-play fort and 14 swimming pools. High-speed slides include the Leap of Faith, an almost vertical drop from a Mayan Temple, Abyss, a vertical drop into a cave environment and The Drop, a tube ride into the Rapids River.

The Atlantis Casino, which spans a seven-acre lagoon, offers 85 gaming tables and more than 700 slot machines, plus a Salon Prive. There are state-of-the-art player rating systems, plus guests can use their room key at any slot machine or table to earn exclusive casino offers, room complimentaries, free slot play, and special invites to slot and table tournaments. Above the casino, dance the night away at the adult-only Aura nightclub, host to famous DJs.

The luxury Mandara Spa has warm and cold plunge pools, as well as steam rooms, saunas, a salon and barber shop, while the 10,000-square-foot gym offers yoga, spinning and other exercise classes.

There are six tennis courts and two pickleball courts within walking distance offering racquet hire and tennis lessons and the Ocean Club golf course (reached by the free shuttle) which has splendid views.

For young guests, the Atlantis Kids’ Adventures club offers entertainment through the days and evenings for 3- to 12-year-olds, while the Poseidon’s Playzone hosts a 9000 square foot play fort with over 40 water play elements. For ages 13 to 17, CRUSH Teen Club hosts a gaming lounge with pool tables and air hockey, as well as a gaming stadium, with 24 consoles. There's even a dance club area with VIP sections, drinks and snacks.

The resort has 21 restaurants, as well as 19 bars and lounges, and options range from the casual to upscale. As with any mega-resort, food and drink costs can run-up and outlets can get busy, so it’s worth making reservations well in advance.

Breakfast is served at Poseidon’s Table, and you can grab light meals in the morning from Plato’s, too. Olives is open all day, serving Mediterranean fare and McKenzie’s Conch Shack is open from late morning until late evening, as is The Village Burger Shack, Marina Pizzeria and Murray’s Deli, serving New York deli-inspired eats in a 1950s setting.

In the evenings, fine dining restaurants include Fish by Jose Adres, the famed Nobu, the Italian Carmine’s, Paranza by Michael White, the Asian-fusion Chop Stix, French Café Martinique, Seafire Steakhouse and Caribbean Bimini Road.

Other outlets include a Shake Shack and The Dilly Club – a coffee house by day and craft cocktail bar by night.
