Angsana Velavaru, ‘Turtle Island’ in the local Dhivehi language, is surrounded by sparkling turquoise waters and powdery white sands. The all-inclusive resort offers an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a spa and a kids’ club for young guests.
Perched on an expansive private lagoon in the South Nilandhe Atoll in the Maldives, the hotel is a 45-minute seaplane journey from Velana International Airport. You can even enjoy complimentary access to the Vilu Business Lounge at the seaplane terminal, which offers refreshments, Wi-Fi and a children's area.
This tropical getaway offers two types of villas – Beachfront and InOcean. Beachfront Villas, perched on the edge of the beach, offer a private garden with an outdoor shower; the Deluxe and Infinity options also boast a private pool. There’s a Beachfront Family Pool Villa too, comprising two interconnecting villas, which is ideal for families. Meanwhile, InOcean Pool Villas are sat atop the lagoon and provide panoramic Indian Ocean views and direct access to the lagoon, plus a private pool.
