The popular LUX* South Ari Atoll lies on a paradisiacal island in the Maldives, where pure white sandy expanses meet shallow, crystal-clear waters. LUX* South Ari Atoll occupies the entire island of Dhidhoofinolhu in the Maldives’ South Ari Atoll. The island is situated within a spectacular, marine-protected area of the Indian Ocean, home to manta rays, sea turtles, dolphins and whale sharks. The resort can be reached via a 30-minute seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport.
The ultra-chic thatched beachfront villas and pavilions are characteristic of the Maldives, and contemporary overwater villas have steps that lead directly into the lagoon. Spacious bathrooms contain a separate bathtub and shower – and some villas have an indoor-outdoor bathroom layout.
