Take pleasure in family mediation sessions in quiet spaces or make use of the gym and revitalising fitness classes – including complimentary yoga and Pilates. The adult-only spa complex is a real focal point, especially as the all-inclusive package includes soothing spa treatments (the amount will vary depending on room type and length of stay). Dining is a delight here, with three main eateries which have seasonal menus. Mediterranean, classic Indian and healthy grab-and-go options are all available at the resort. The Seascape Restaurant offers open-air, a la carte dining overlooking the beach. Here you’ll find a full breakfast buffet which features tropical fruits, fresh pastries and made to order omelettes. In the evenings, savour Caribbean inspired dishes such as fish curries or Bajan fishcakes. If you enjoy traditional southern Indian cuisine, head to the vibrant Dosa restaurant for a feast of flavours and spices from India. Drop by Organic & Co for quick, healthy snacks made from local, seasonal items.

You’ll enjoy complimentary exchange dining at Crystal Cove, Treasure Beach, Tamarind and Turtle Beach. To book a meal at one of these sister resorts, simply contact the front desk at Waves Hotel & Spa to make a reservation. You can also dine at Colony Club and enjoy a discount on food and beverages. Theme nights may also incur a supplement. A complimentary water taxi operates between west coast hotels during daylight hours. In the evening, you must use a regular taxi service at your own expense.
