There are plenty of relaxing spaces dotted around the hotel grounds. Dining experiences at Tamarind are flexible, with a variety of choice available. Sugar Cane Room is an open-air restaurant which serves a substantial breakfast buffet that includes both waffle and egg stations – prepared just how you like it. Also find an assortment of breads, muffins and traditional breakfast choices as well as local delights such as pumpkin and corn fritters, flying fish and fried plantains. At 246 Bar & Restaurant, you can soak up idyllic ocean views. This establishment offers all-day dining and a fresh fruit and vegetable bar, as well as a la carte dining with chef's specialties, themed evenings and live poolside music on select evenings. Make the most of Surf & Turf and special Steak Nights and try the Bajan fishcakes, the flying fish wrap or fresh seafood dishes. Head to Rilaks Deck for light snacks and refreshing drinks. This South Beach Miami-inspired outdoor lounge provides a festive environment with a steel pan band, R&B, jazz, Caribbean or soul music.
