This restaurant only opens for dinner between Tuesday and Saturday, so it’s worth reserving a table, especially if it’s a busy weekend. Savour fine rum-inspired cocktails and local dishes such as fresh seafood, succulent grilled meats and Catch of the Day specials, along with live music. For casual dining, the Lighthouse Terrace offers indoor and alfresco tables, with pleasing terrace views of the ocean and the property’s historical lighthouse. Try the bounteous breakfast buffet or come here for a leisurely lunch (Sundays only) or a themed dinner featuring Italian specialties accompanied by live music and shows.

Light snacks, refreshments, lunches and dinners are available at the poolside bar, Water’s Edge Beach Bar, so you won’t have to wander far from the pool or beach. You can also head to the Careenage Rum Stop! – a breezy bar serving up the spirit of the Caribbean. Inside, it’s cool and air-conditioned, with tropical cocktails flowing alongside an impressive rum flight showcasing the island’s iconic Bajan blends. This bar also delivers a menu of laid-back bites, including burgers and crispy chicken wings – perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. If you're after more refreshments, head to Cuppa Cafe. This coffee shop serves juices, coffees and delicious pastries in the main lobby.

The dress code at the Hilton Barbados Resort stipulates that “casual evening attire” should be worn in all bars and restaurants in the evening and shoes must always be worn. Men are required to wear shirts with sleeves.
